After returning just days ago, the Thunder Troops have now declared war on the Special Weapons and Tactics. Today, we will take a closer look at what led to this clash, and what the Thunder Troops hope to gain.

A brief recap
Founded in 2009 by Ganger90, the Special Weapons and Tactics is one of the oldest surviving armies. Over the years, SWAT has achieved incredible feats, including reaching sizes of over 100 penguins, as well as producing recent Small/Medium Legends such as Mare. In the past few months, the army has been navigating a challenging period, marked by consistently small sizes and facing defeat in a myriad of wars.
The Thunder Troops, the newer of the two armies, was created in 2011 by Jack. Despite being over 14 years old, relatively little is known about the Troops, due to them only having one generation. On October 7 this year, they made their triumphant return and began efforts to bring this army into the modern era. At their revival event, in which they had a maximum size of 8, the army quickly announced an alliance with the Romans.

Less than a week ago, the Agents were engaged in another war against the Water Troops. Despite a final war score of 6-0-0 (W-T-L) in favor of WT, this clash ended with a SWAT victory following a forfeit from their opposition. Since then, SWAT have been hard at work attempting to rebuild and equip themselves better for any further conflict.
Since their revival, the Thunder Troops have taken no time in engaging in both diplomatic and military operations. And so, on October 9, the Troops initiated the War of Erasure against SWAT. This is yet another display of the increase in wars we are seeing, especially in recent weeks.

Thunder Troops are a relatively newly revived army, how are you preparing for this war?
I have confidence in my co leaders and hcom, we wont lose.

Why did you decide to war SWAT specifically?
War is war, armies need conflict. like most other off map wars, theres no real beef between the two armies, just the desire for battle and victory.

This comes as your second war in recent weeks, how will you prepare the Agents to hopefully have a different outcome than that of the war versus WT?
This war may be too short. But I have done everything I can to get recruiting going as well as found a new staff team

Yes

I said this with WT too, but I do believe we have a chance
Evidently, this war will spark intense conflict in the community, and will hopefully be good fun for both sides. Both SWAT and Thunder Troops are eager to prove themselves through this war. But who do you think will come out on top? Which army will emerge the victor? Could this be a watershed moment for the Agents?
