EARLY RISINGS
The Army of Club Penguin was founded on September 29, 2006, by Oagalthorp. As one of the oldest armies, Oagalthorp laid the foundations for many modern armies, and his innovations continue to be a key reason ACP still stands today. Over the years, ACP has had a long lineage of influential leaders, many of whom have guided the army through eras of greatness and made their own mark on history. Today, the army is led by Roxy and Daniel, who have done an excellent job preserving its legacy.

MODERN CELEBRATIONS
To commemorate nineteen years, the Clovers returned to their roots by theming their server around XAT, where it all began. Throughout September, ACP hosted various themed events, updating server icons and role names to mirror XAT’s formatting. The army enjoyed honoring their legacy, reconnecting with their origins, and celebrating where it all began.

ACP’s XAT-themed server for their anniversary
ACP held its official anniversary event on September 27, concluding its anniversary week and bringing the community together to honor its legacy. This milestone also marks a new beginning, as the army continues to stand as a paragon of glory after nineteen years. Looking ahead, only time will tell whether the Clovers will push toward new horizons as the year ends.

ACP’s anniversary event
Interested in learning more about their celebrations, Club Penguin Armies reached out to ACP leader Daniel to learn more.
Congrats on your anniversary! How did you and your team celebrate this momentous occasion?
We held events throughout the entire month, with historical background and many different “mechanics” which we haven’t done in a while. They were very fun to host and prepare, so I hope everyone who participated liked them! We also had our anniversary event, which was very fun as well.
Were you able to achieve everything you wanted to do during anniversary week?
Yes and no, I’m happy on the turnout but I know we can do better!
What can we expect to see from ACP following this?
An even more powerful, stronger, and prepared ACP. We’re not the same ACP as from a couple of months ago.
What was your favorite moment from your anniversary week?
The anniversary event for sure, with many people, old and new, coming to celebrate such an important occasion – leading it was incredibly fun too.
It seems that ACP’s anniversary is the start of a new wave of dominance for the army. Celebrating nineteen years is no easy feat, and we know that the Clovers have more on their radar that they’d like to achieve. We at Club Penguin Armies wish ACP a happy anniversary. What do you think is next for ACP? Do you think the Clovers will see a new age?
