With the Qualifiers finding place, and Christmas Chaos XIV being brought to a start, the tension started to build up. The tournament started off with the Fire Vikings up against the People’s Imperial Confederation. This was quickly followed by the battles of the Special Weapons and Tactics vs. The Bastille Vanguard and the Winged Hussars against the Templars. Let us take a look at the outcome of the battles.

FIRE VIKINGS VS. PEOPLE’S IMPERIAL CONFEDERATION

The first room started with the Fire Vikings entering with five troops, whereas the People’s Imperial Confederation had eight. This later ended with eleven against six for the Confederation. The first room started with the Vikings entering noticeably later. They were also seen to be doing a very little amount of tactics in room one. They took their time while getting into their forms and sending tactics.

The Confederation on the other hand had a size advantage. However, they were seen to be slow and messy too. While both armies had their flaws, the Vikings were seen to be slower and less covering than the Confederation. Ultimately the Confederation came out on top winning all the rooms.

Winner – People’s Imperial Confederation

SPECIAL WEAPONS AND TACTICS VS. THE BASTILLE VANGUARD

The following day SWAT and the Vanguards battled against each other. The Vanguards started the battle with a size advantage of 13 the moment as soon as they entered the room. They were able to cover more than SWAT but had forms with gaps and were a bit messy at times. In Room three, they left the room by accident while bunching in a corner. SWAT was seen to have unclear forms and struggled to go up against the Vanguards. The Vanguards ended up winning all rooms advancing to the next round.

Winner – The Bastille Vanguard

WINGED HUSSARS VS. TEMPLARS

The battle started with the Templars having a huge size advantage not giving the Hussars room to be seen. The sizes in room three were 38 vs. 10. Despite this battle not being very close, the Templars received quite some feedback from the judges. They were seen to have AFK troops and bunched formations making them look worse.

The Hussars even appeared to be decent trying to defend themself from the Templars. However, it was of no use with their size disadvantage. Therefore, this battle went to the Templars winning all three rooms.

After the Qualifiers ended, the People’s Imperial Confederation, Bastille Vanguard, and Templars won and advanced to the next round. There is no doubt that we will see some interesting battles during the upcoming week. There will be Major armies showing off their skills and strategies against each other. Which army will be eliminated next? Will the tension keep growing?
