During November, armies began preparing for the Christmas Chaos tournament, organizing numerous training sessions and battles against other armies. During this time, there was a noticeable shift within the Top Ten rankings, with new armies rising and old ones making a return.

For the month of November, the Army of Club Penguin once again secured the top spot in the monthly Top Ten, marking their fourth consecutive month at number one. Meanwhile, the Rebel Penguin Federation climbed one position to second place, just six points behind the Clovers. The Aliens advanced two spots to third place, trailing behind the Rebels by six points. The Water Vikings made the largest jump this month, rising three spots to fourth place and sitting only three points behind the Aliens.
In the middle of the rankings, the Doritos of Club Penguin returned to the community, quickly securing the 5th position on the monthly Top Ten, only one point behind the Vikings. The Help Force dropped two positions to 6th place, trailing the Doritos by nine points. The 7th position is now held by two armies, one of which is a new addition to the community, the Bastille Vanguard, currently seven points behind the Helpers. Tied with TBV for 7th place are the Templars, who have fallen one spot. The Winged Hussars dropped two positions and are now in 9th place, sitting six points behind the Templars. Lastly, securing the final spot on the monthly Top Ten, Special Weapons and Tactics moved up one position to 10th place, sitting seven points behind WH.
