After stepping back in 2008, Elmikey returned in 2013, revitalizing RPF during what many call its “Second Golden Age.” He introduced innovative auto-typing recruitment strategies, which significantly boosted troop sizes and restored RPF’s strength. Elmikey led RPF through this critical shift, commanding the army in the Tubas War, the first major conflict of the new era. Although internal tensions led to his removal later that year, Elmikey’s contributions solidified RPF’s dominance during this transition.
