The Army of Club Penguin celebrated their 18th-anniversary event through a week filled with many exciting activities. The Clovers named this week their “anniversary week”, a container for rejuvenation. Amid the week, the Army also hosted Operation: Doomsday, a one-battle tournament in which select armies were invited. The Anniversary Week commenced following ACP leader Ugly‘s announcement on September 22.

The Army of Club Penguin had established humble origins, being one of the earliest Club Penguin armies in existence. The army laid its foundation on September 29, 2006, and has since engaged in multiple rivalries. Furthermore, The Army also garnered a few wins this year, including the New Year Bonanza. The army also emerged victorious in a recent ACP-EGCP war, which scaled to over 100 battles.

Operation: Doomsday

The Clovers had sent invitations to a single-battle free-for-all tournament, where finally 8 armies competed. This AUSIA battle was titled “Operation: Doomsday”, and took place on Saturday on CPA Battleground on Saturday, September 28. Among the armies that participated were the Scars of Club Penguin, the Help Force, the Templars, the Rebel Penguin Federation, the Aliens of Club Penguin, the Water Vikings, the Church of Aurora, the People’s Imperial Confederation, and the Vanguard Penguin Federation and the Army of Club Penguin itself. The remaining armies did not accept the battle. According to Ugly, the Secret Service was not expected to receive an invitation.

Moreover, this friendly battle was not judged, hence no winner was determined. The battle lasted for 20 minutes spanning two rooms, after which the armies assembled on the Iceberg to establish a memorable moment. Finally, ACP acquired a size of 29.

Anniversary Event

On Sunday, the final event of the Anniversary Week concluded with the anniversary event. The Clovers invited veterans and allies to make the event more memorable. As a result, the Clovers acquired a size of 61, the highest they have achieved this year. However, the anniversary event was raided by the Secret Service, the Elite Guardians, and the Special Weapons and Tactics.

Club Penguin Armies reached out to ACP leaders Ugly and Roxy to hear their voices concerning the Anniversary Week.

In your words, how do you conclude the Anniversary Week?

A massive thank you, to all our troops which made the event possible, our mods who helped make it happen, our HCOM for their huge work and effort, our advisors who helped significantly, and all the armies who came to the Operation: Doomsday which was a massive success. Overall this has been a very great week for ACP and has turned out greater than I expected.

Do you think you were able to achieve what you wanted during the anniversary week?

Absolutely. We broke our record for the highest max this year, we had a massive community event that brought everyone together, and most importantly made it an anniversary to forever remember, hell we were even gifted a server by our great friends Elite Guardians thanks to the Secret Service.

What has been a ‘Clovers’ Favorite’ memory from the past eighteen years?

It varies honestly, some would say the 2023 Legends Cup win, some would pick from the several historical wars we had through the years, mine personally has been the 18th anniversary event and I hope it has been for a lot of people.

In conclusion, the Clovers certainly enjoyed the 18th Anniversary Week, and their participation appreciates the efforts put in by their leaders. Do you think the Clovers have achieved what they wanted in the past eighteen years?
