Following the army’s state of decline, the People’s Imperial Confederation have inducted a new leader. Is Caitlin the mystery ingredient the Confederates need for success?

Having joined her first army towards the end of 2019, Caitlin has done her rounds. Initially joining the Doritos, she soon left for the newly revived Dark Warriors and worked her way to High Command. Following the Warrior’s unexpected closure in late 2020, she joined the Army of Club Penguin in a staff role. Between 2021-2023, Caitlin floated around armies such as the Special Weapons And Tactics, Secret Service, and world superpower Island Invaders before eventually joining the People’s Imperial Confederation for High Command.

The Confederation in a recent event

Recently, the People’s Imperial Confederation has been declining. Despite reaching fourth place in the Top Ten two weeks ago, the army has found itself canceling event after event. Additionally, the Help Force swept the Confederation during a one-sided conflict. Many have speculated on the reasoning for their recent downfall, but it’s likely due to losing two leaders and the upcoming ‘September Drop.’ Despite this, the army is as determined as ever to get back on its feet, and Kobi was recently promoted to leadership. Shockingly, there was another announcement waiting to follow.

In a Short n’ Sweet announcement on the army’s Discord server, leader Alucard announced the promotion of Caitlin into leadership. In the announcement, Alu highlights Caitlin’s continued efforts to revitalize the army. On the army’s Hall of Fame, Caitlin is credited for launching the ‘Community Bureau,’ the Confederation’s committee that hosts non-Club Penguin events.

Club Penguin Armies approached Caitlin for a quick interview regarding her promotion.

What have been some of your favorite moments in PIC so far?

Some of my favourite moments have been the Vcs because it’s just pure chaos at times. You’ve got me and saber playing dress to impress and then Alu raging about the football and armenzia talking about planes.

Looking ahead, what do you hope to bring to the army in its current state?

I want to bring more games outside the realm of club penguin into PIC as I think it creates a good sense of community and it changes things up a bit. It was initially the reason I spearheaded our CB (community bureau)

What would you say to anyone looking to rank up to leader in PIC?

To anyone looking to rank up to leader in PIC or any army for that matter I would say ask questions if you’re unsure – it’s the best way to learn and most of the staff around you will be experienced in armies and be able to provide advice. Attending events also helps too (not looking at any PIC hcom or staff in particular..)

After a devastating loss to Help Force, do you see your army heading into war anytime soon?

I don’t see us heading for war anytime soon on our accord but maybe someone might declare on us. You never know in armies and you always have to be prepared for any eventuality.

Undoubtedly, it is time for the Confederation to restructure themselves – and with Caitlin on board, they might be able to do that.
