Scars reopened their doors to the army community on August 11. Let us take a closer look at what they intend to introduce to the army community and discover more about their background.

The Scars of Club Penguin reopened their doors on August 11 following a spontaneous, unscheduled opening event. SCP is currently under the leadership of Scars and 54x, the same pair of individuals who had collectively led the army in its previous generations. At the reopening event, they acquired a size of 10. Moreover, the army’s opening this year is seen to set their fifth generation. The army community has previously seen four generations between 2020 and 2021.

ORIGINS
Initially, the Scars opened in August 2020 under the leadership of Scars and 54x. They started as a renegade Doritos group that staged “protests” on the Doritos Discord server. The protests were against the ban imposed on scars from the Discord server and appealed to have the ban lifted. The army did not last long, however. Later, two short and unsuccessful generations commenced and concluded in November 2021. Much later, in March 2024, Scars revived the army with the intent to make it legitimate and official. However, a week later, to gain credibility, they turned their eyes to Frostbite Federation, effectively ending the fourth generation. FF never successfully registered as an official army.

This month, they have rejoined the army community with the confidence of running a successful generation. Subsequently, after their reformation, they quickly accepted alliances with the Templars, the Blizzard Battalion, and the Special Weapons and Tactics. Furthermore, the Scars have already started launching invasions on the server map. Although the server map was almost full, they managed to conquer Abracadabra, which they sent to the Templars for protection.

Club Penguin Armies reached out to Scars leaders Scars and 54x to learn more about the army’s reopening.
What inspired you to bring back Scars of Club Penguin?
Scars: I was inspired by the money I jokingly spent on the domain scarsofcp.com.
54x: Actually, bringing the SCP back was all on Scars. I hadn’t been in active service in armies since 2022 (I think), nor had I even been a part of any CPA-related servers up until now. I vowed long ago never to return. I did still keep in contact with Scars though and when he randomly told me out of the blue, spontaneously that he was reviving the Scars of CP, I just had to come back. I want to give this army a legitimate run and erase our past as a multilogging meme.
What are your aspirations and goals for the future?
Scars: We hope to cause lots of chaos and war within CPA, perhaps even a world war.
54x: As said before, I’m hoping to erase the stigma around the SCP and establish it as a legitimate contender. We have something special here, I just know it. My goal is alongside Scars, to lead this army I created as a joke back in 2020 to victory and glory. Sure, our name and uniform might be silly to some, but our goals are very real and serious.
Are you ready to become a powerful force in S/M and dominate the top ten rankings? How will you strategically conquer the competition?
Scars: Yes!! We’ve already allied with Blizzard Battalion, SWAT, and Templars!
54x: Certainly. Both Scars and I have been busy with a masterclass in diplomacy. We have already aligned ourselves with SWAT, BB, and Templars. We are open to more as well. It is in every army’s best interest to be on the SCP’s friendly side rather than not.

It is with your help in support that we have managed to take the great server of Abracadabra and declare it our historic capital. With your continued support, we will carry out many more successful operations, I truly believe. I promise you, as Scars of CP Commander, that we will do great things! Ave Scars! Scars and 54x appear content with their army and seem to have big plans in store. It also appears that they also intend to stir up trouble in the army community.
