Legends Cup XIV has been anticipated to be a double-elimination format tournament, in which nine armies were willing to compete. At the Qualifiers Round, the Special Weapons and Tactics defeated the Squids, eliminating them from the tournament. Over the coming weekend, the army society will see four battles where the eight remaining armies will compete.

Club Penguin Armies approached six fellow community members to predict which armies would claim victory in the battles during the weekend.

Elite Guardians of Club Penguin vs. Special Weapons and Tactics

The Elite Guardians of Club Penguin and the Special Weapons and Tactics are two new rivals, who have only met each other on the battlefield once, during war in November 2023. Although the Elite Guardians of Club Penguin managed to make a clear win in the war. Nevertheless, SWAT has also improved its performance over the months.

Toxic Storm, Squids Leader: EGCP, Because the major army would win obviously

Diwix, HF Cabinet Secretary: EGCP

DorukHolmes, PIC Staff: EGCP win

Hampterio, WV Staff-in-Training: [EGCP 3-0-0] Do I even need to explain on this one?

Army of Club Penguin vs. Help Force

The Army of Club Penguin and the Help Force had faced each other in the Around the World Cup tournament a month ago. ACP managed to defeat HF in this battle. Although ACP was visibly more active and brisk in their performance, HF might invite a larger force of theirs to reconsider a win.

Toxic Storm, Squids Leader: HF might need more time to regain it’s former glory.

DorukHolmes, PIC Staff: HF wins

WilliamW2010, SWAT Fourth-in-Command: ACP

Hampterio, WV Staff-in-Training: [HF 2-1-1 OT] Now, in my opinion, HF is in an all around better form and shape, however ACP is not someone to be fooling around with so I expect some fighting back from them.

Water Vikings vs. People’s Imperial Confederation

The Water Vikings and the People’s Imperial Confederation recently faced each other in a practice battle in view of this tournament. PIC managed to make a clear win in the practice battle. However, it is not unlikely that the Water Vikings will turn the tides in the first round of this tournament.

Toxic Storm, Squids Leader: WV, they have more experience

Diwix, HF Cabinet Secretary: WV. I predict that WV vs PIC may be a very close battle, compared to the others, but I believe WV has a better shot here.

Rebel Penguin Federation vs. Templars of Club Penguin

The Rebel Penguin Federation and the Templars of Club Penguin are two neutral armies. In 2022, the two armies waged the Summer Soverienghty War. The Rebels managed to define victory in the war. A year later, in the Christmas Chaos XIII tournament, the Rebels claimed victory over the Templars once again. Although the Templars have recently degraded to the Small-Medium army classification, it is still possible for the Templars to undermine their powers this weekend.

Toxic Storm, Squids Leader: RPF, TCP has been on a long downward spiral for a while

Diwix, HF Cabinet Secretary: RPF

WilliamW2010, SWAT Fourth-in-Command: RPF

Hampterio, WV Staff-in-Training: [RPF 3-0-0] I’m sorry TCP you’re just not in a great shape at all. Considering this is an important tournament, RPF will lock in. And if they lock in, they’re very strong. Don’t expect anything special from TCP.

The predictions given by various members of the community are mostly alike and repetitive. This proves that the community is confident with their predictions. However, it is also not unlikely that other armies will bring about an outperforming show. Additionally, most of these responses are straightforward but are still guesses. Which armies do you think will make their way out of the first round? Will the predictions be overturned?
