Many individuals across the galaxy have either watched or heard of Star Wars. With nine main movies, the franchise has had a significant impact on the world of cinema. Today, we will be interviewing members of the community to discover their favorite Star Wars movies.
Star Wars serves as an inspiration to all Club Penguin armies and their members, as well as their troops. It holds immense importance for all of us. It is a space opera media franchise created by George Lucas in 1977. The franchise consists of three trilogies and has a ton of merchandise such as Lego Star Wars action figures, video games, TV shows, bobbleheads, t-shirts, pants, and pajama bottoms.
Additionally, Star Wars Day, known as May the Fourth, is celebrated at Baseball Stadiums on May 4th of every year for teams that are in the National League and American League. Even Club Penguin had parties themed on the movies!
The Star Wars’s narrative centers around the conflict between the Sith and the Jedi. The main story, known as the Skywalker Saga, is told across three trilogies. In the Prequel Trilogy (Episodes I-III), The Galactic Republic is threatened by the Sith, who manipulate events to rise to power. Anakin Skywalker, a young Jedi, falls to the dark side and becomes Darth Vader under the influence of Emperor Palpatine, leading to the formation of the Galactic Empire.
Furthermore, in the Original Trilogy (Episodes IV-VI), the Rebel Alliance fights against the tyranny of the Galactic Empire. Luke Skywalker, the son of Anakin, emerges as a key figure. He learns the ways of the Force, confronts Darth Vader, and helps bring about the downfall of the Emperor, redeeming his father in the process.
Lastly, in the Sequel Trilogy (Episodes VII-IX), the most recent, the galaxy faces a new threat from the First Order, led by Supreme Leader Snoke and Kylo Ren, who is Ben Solo, the son of Leia Organa and Han Solo. Rey, a scavenger with a mysterious past, rises as the last hope of the Jedi. Thus, she ultimately defeats the resurrected Emperor Palpatine and brings an end to the Sith, with Ben Solo redeeming himself in the process.
Today, we will be discussing our favorite Star Wars movies. Then, I will start by sharing mine: “Attack of the Clones,” “Revenge of the Sith,” “A New Hope,” “Rogue One,” “The Empire Strikes Back,” “Return of the Jedi,” and “The Force Awakens.”
The franchise holds great significance for me as I grew up with it. In 2015, I saw “The Force Awakens,” my first Star Wars movie in theaters. I watched it with my mom, dad, and my cousin who is like a big brother to me. My mom owns many Star Wars Legends books, and I also have my collection of books, action figures, and comic books. Thus, this is how I became a fan of it. I had a mural of Vader and Luke fighting from “Return of the Jedi” at my old house. In addition, I have the three original trilogy posters!
I reached out to some community members to learn what are their favorite Star Wars movies.

Zenshira, Help Force: A New Hope
Aubz, Community Committee Head: Revenge of the Sith
Calgocubs21, Army of Club Penguin: My favorite Star Wars movie is a really close tie between Revenge of the Sith and Rogue One!
Therefore, after careful consideration, I firmly believe that Star Wars is the greatest movie saga. I think it has the power to inspire people to be brave, courageous, and resilient like Ahsoka Tano.
Additionally, it encourages kindness, standing up for what you believe in, and facing challenges head-on, much like the war between the Galactic Republic and the Separatists depicted in Attack of the Clones, The Clone Wars TV Series, and Revenge of the Sith. What are your thoughts on the Saga? What is YOUR favorite movie? And by the way, may the force be with you always!
