After the community saw one of its most active months in recent memory, the media team is proud to announce its February’s standout reporter.
Spinister is apart of the new batch of Club Penguin Armies‘ hires. Despite joining the team halfway through the month of February, on February 17, he immediately hit the ground running. As a Reporter in Training, Spinister wrote the most posts in the month of February outside of the editing team. Thanks to his given feedback, Spinister was promoted to a regular Reporter.
As a Reporter, Spinister has kept his finger on the pulse of community news. Even going far as helping out on media projects. Spinister’s first work covered the Baseball Team‘s short-live legacy that eventually led to a merge into Penguins of Madagascar. The very next day, he would write a report announcing the opening of a brand new army known as the Napalm Corps. Finally, he would write a report on a change in Janitors‘ leadership.
Being apart of the People’s Imperial Confederation, Spinister’s involvement in the small-medium army community has proved to be useful. As a result, we have rewarded him with Reporter of the Month.
Why did you want to become a Reporter?
Since a long time, I had been wanting to contribute to the CPA in any way possible and be more involved in it, therefore, I came to the decision of applying as a Reporter, and I’m very glad that I was given the opportunity to be one.
What would you say has been your favorite part of the role?
I think my favourite part of the role has been interviewing people, and discussing stuff with them, and also, finding out about what’s going across armies, and extend it to the community through the news posts.
What are some future goals you have?
I would like to continue being consistent with my posts, and hope to atleast retain the quality of my posts, and hopefully make it better in the future as time goes on.
Once again, we appreciate all of those involved working in our team. And most of all, we appreciate the readers who rely on us to provide the most accurate community news. Congratulations to Spinister! Two of the three armies Spinister reported on have shut down, is there a Spinister curse?
