BEANIE, People’s Imperial Confederation – Just two days since she announced her departure from the Army of Club Penguin, Sidie9 has today announced that she will be returning to the People’s Imperial Confederation leadership. What made her decide to return, and what plans does she have for the future?
The People’s Imperial Confederation was created on the 17th October 2019 by Sidie9. Just a month after their creation, the army temporarily closed their doors in November 2019. This closure was brief, as they reopened in March 2020 and soon went on to participate in World War Written. However, August 2020 once again saw PIC shut down, with the army not returning until January 2021.
Since their creation, the confederates have been involved in multiple wars and tournaments, such as facing the Templars in the quarter finals of the Legends Cup XI. Last month, the People’s Imperial Confederation celebrated their 2 year anniversary. However, soon after their milestone, they announced their participation in the Vengeance alliance, and are currently involved in the ongoing war against the Western Bloc.

Sidie9 first joined the army community back in 2011 where she joined the Ice Warriors, becoming the founder of the community’s first AUSIA division later on that year. Since then, she has gone and led multiple armies such as the Golden Troops and the Army of Club Penguin. Sidie9 also created the People’s Imperial Confederation, where she led until April 2021. Currently, Sidie9 is in the position of Vice Director in the Club Penguin Army Headquarters.
On the 3rd November, leader Shallissa announced Sidie9’s return to the People’s Imperial Confederation leadership, six months after stepping down.

The Club Penguin Army Headquarters reached out to Sidie9 to find out more regarding her return and her plans.
You very recently retired from ACP, what made you decide to rejoin PIC’s leadership team?
Being a part of rebuilding ACP was an absolutely pleasure, but now that I’ve been freed up I have an opportunity to help in what is possibly PIC’s biggest war yet. I am unsure how long I’ll stay but right now it is time to make history!
What plans do you have in store for the future of the army?
Currently the ongoing war will be consuming most of our efforts. There is plenty more in store however, and the leadership team will continue our one most sought after goals, being reaching major army status.
What do you hope to achieve throughout your leadership this time round?
Assertion of dominance much like Rodger the Buff Kangaroo (Rest in Peace).
Do you have any favourite memories of the army?
I have plenty, but one in particular would be the recent Sidies Gala for our 2 Year Anniversary.
