After being closed for 13 months, the Dark Pirates witnessed their revival. A new generation now leads the army into the battle. In this post, we explore why the army returned and show you exactly what the leaders want to achieve.

OVERVIEW
Club Penguin Armies announced the Candy Crusher Brawl on February 3, 2025, marking the first tournament for the Dark Pirates third generation. The announcement was made by their leader, YellowTyper. On February 6, he ended the alliance with Special Weapons and Tactics, citing their insufficient contributions to the army, and quickly formed a new alliance with the Scarlet Republic.
While preparing for the tournament, Yellow Typer declared war on the Weekend of Club Penguin, a meme army led by Fun X Time. Around February 14, Yellow Typer temporarily resigned and handed control to Fruit Salad, who lacked experience. This change displeased Ninja Leader, who placed the army on hiatus on February 15, 2025, until further notice.

REVIVAL
Despite these setbacks, the Dark Pirates celebrated their second anniversary on May 6, 2025, maxing 7 members online to honor the occasion. Later, on March 11, the Dark Pirates announced their revival. This new generation comes with ambitious goals: they aim to grow their Discord server to 1,000 members, expand across US, EU, and Australia timezones, and create a welcoming and supportive environment for all troops.
The army plans to foster a strong competitive mindset in every battle while launching new departments and divisions to stay organized. Their long-term goals include dominating the Small/Medium community, advancing to Major status, establishing a Pirate Ministry, forming new councils, adding names to the Hall of Fame, and designing new medals. Above all, they strive to inspire new troops to become great soldiers.
