Looking back
Cabin’s journey in the Club Penguin army world started in 2014 when he joined the Golden Troops. His stay there was short, and he only took part in a handful of events.
His career truly gained momentum in May 2015 when he joined the Light Troops. This was his first real look at armies, and he eventually climbed the ranks to become Fourth-in-Command. He later moved on to help bring back the Blue Miners Army, where he served as Second-in-Command. His efforts there earned him a “Notable Troop” spot in their Hall of Fame. After that army closed in September 2015, he moved to the Dauntless Army of CP.
It was in the Dauntless Army that Cabin got his first actual taste of leadership. Under his guidance, the army became a scene on the Small/Medium top ten lists. During this era, Cabin and the army’s creator co-founded the Club Penguin Army Coffee Table, a community media site that covered army news both before and after the original game shut down.
Eventually, Cabin transitioned to the Night Rebels, starting as a staff troop and working his way into high command. For a while, he split his time between the Rebels and the Light Troops. However, by the spring of 2016, he decided to step away from the community entirely.
THE RETURN and rise to legend
After a two-year hiatus, Cabin returned in 2018. Over the next two years, he spent time in major groups like the Rebel Penguin Federation and the Army of Club Penguin, as well as the Romans.
His most significant impact, however, came after joining the People’s Imperial Confederation. Starting as Fifth-in-Command, he became the army’s most successful recruiter. His dedication led to a rapid rise through the ranks, first to Leader-in-Training and then to President of the advisory board. After being honoured with Legend status for his contributions, Cabin was officially named the 21st Commander-in-Chief of the army.
Later on, Cabin decided to retire from PIC in January 2022, but still continued to be on the advisory team. However, tension started occurring when Cabin was accused of troop stealing PIC members’ to his gaming server. Due to the backlash, Cabin ended up joining Templars as Third-in-Command.

Cabin’s PIC Retirement
Joining TCP was a major turning point for Cabin. Because he performed so well as a high-ranking officer, he was promoted to Leader in June 2022. While in charge, he commanded the army through several conflicts against groups like the Rebel Penguin Federation, Lime Green Army, and the Special Weapons and Tactics. His biggest moment came in October 2022, when his leadership on the battlefield led the Templars to a championship win in Legends Cup XII. This victory earned him a permanent spot as a Templar’s legend.

About a month after the Legends Cup win, Cabin retired from the community again. However, he couldn’t stay away for long and returned in January 2023 to start his own group, the Napalm Corps. Under his solo leadership, the army became a regular name on the Top Ten lists, often seeing more than 10 penguins at events.
During this time, Cabin focused heavily on diplomacy, building strong ties with major armies like ACP, SWAT, and PIC. This led the Napalm Corps to join the Sapphire Concordat alliance. He played a key role in the “Bloodbath Barrage” war against the Dark Vikings, which ultimately ended in a win for Cabin’s alliance.

CABIN WITH THE VIKINGS
On December 2, 2023, Cabin stepped into a leadership role with the Water Vikings. Since taking over, he has distinguished himself as one of the group’s most successful recruiters, bringing in a steady stream of new members and helping them settle in.
Under his guidance, the army reached new levels of success, most notably securing a major victory in Christmas Chaos XII. Because of these achievements and his impact on the group’s growth, Cabin was officially inducted into the “Greatest Leaders” section of the Water Vikings’ Hall of Fame.

Following the victory at Christmas Chaos XII, Cabin added another major trophy to the collection by leading the army in March Madness IX.
The peace didn’t last long, though. On April 26, the Clovers declared war on the Vikings. Even though Cabin’s team had just finished a tough conflict with the Templars and had no time to rest, they shifted immediately back into battle mode.
Instead of being worn out by their previous loss to the Templars, the Vikings used it as motivation to prove their strength to the rest of the community. This drive led to a massive winning streak during the Forlosning War. Cabin and the Vikings refused to back down, eventually finishing the war with a dominant 12-1-1 record.

CABIN RETIRES
During the March Madness tournament, the Vikings were up against the Rebel Penguin Federation. With Cabin and his other leaders guiding their troops throughout the battle, the Vikings won first place. When the WV vs. TCP war started, Dino released a declaration of unfinished business, stating past unsolved issues as their casus belli. During those few weeks, many battles were fought, and the war ended with the Vikings losing. Shortly after the war with the Templars ended, ACP went on to declare on WV. This time, the Water Vikings emerged victorious, with the conflict lasting around two weeks.

Cabin announces his retirement
After the long road trip Cabin has made, the announcement of his retirement on June 15th, 2024, marked the end of an era.
In addition, Club Penguin Armies tried contacting Cabin, but he was unreachable.
With the one-of-a-kind journey Cabin took, it is important to note the sacrifices he made to reach the heights he did. What do you think about Cabin’s journey? Do you think it could’ve been any more interesting?
