Background Of The Armies

Special Weapons and Tactics was formed by Ganger90 in 2009, starting as rogues before becoming an army within the community. After a decline in 2011, the army rose in 2012 under SCargo2, reaching the finals of the Club Penguin Army Central Champions Cup. This had established itself as a dominant force during the original Club Penguin era. SWAT experienced another resurgence in 2020 under Sweater, Zuke, and Cargo, engaging in multiple wars and alliances. Though later on, a failed merger and later controversies led to instability. Later on, they announced a hiatus, and on January 9, 2025, they hosted a revival event, garnering 17 attendees under the leadership of Kyle, Maguro, and Shazam. Though the army didn’t acheive the greatness they once had, drowning with multiple defacements and wars, they did have multiple leadership changes since then, as well as alliances with Tsunamis and Shadow Legionaries.   

Cryo Vanguards opened on Febuary 7, 2026, created by Kento and Dorx. Recently, the Cyro Vanguards have achieved only one victory, which was an off-map war with Crimson Sovereign. However, the Romans declared war on Cryo Vanguards after many attempts at troopstealing and wanting a war. The Romans, with their long-standing experience and skill, were victorious against CV as the latter failed to max five troops or more.

An Alliance FORMS

On February 21, Cryo Vanguards announced a new alliance with Special Weapons and Tactics. As CV begins in their legacy in Club Penguin Armies, the army is solidifying their alliances with other armies.
