Legends Inductions 2025: Results

The wait is finally over.  The Legends Committee is proud to present the results of the 2025 Legends Inductions here on Club Penguin Armies.

Let’s recap over what’s transpired thus far.  On December 20th, 2025, the induction cycle began with the release of the nominees for the Class of 2025 after it was deliberated on by the Legends Committee, with the help of community outreach and internal discussions.  That list is as follows:

Major Nominations:

  • Aisha – Doritos Of Club Penguin
  • Bestpenguin – Aliens of Club Penguin
  • Daniel20448 – Army Of Club Penguin
  • Diwix – Help Force
  • Gabgeirl – Rebel Penguin Federation
  • Roxy Army Of Club Penguin
  • SavageCobra – Water Vikings
  • Ugly – Void Troops

Small/Medium Nominations:

  • Coolguy – Dark Warriors
  • Djgtjvgyhxgy – Romans of Club Penguin
  • Echo – Templars of Club Penguin
  • Ghostt – Scarlet Republic
  • Justin (Kyle104) Dark Warriors
  • Logical – Void Troops
  • Moon Templars of Club Penguin
  • Thunder222 – Shadow Legionaries

The entire army community was able to submit their ballot to vote for the individuals they thought deserving of the Legend title.  Any nominee who received 50.5% or more ‘yes’ votes from the public earned a future +1 vote for when the committee came to vote.  After four days, the ballots were closed.  The only nominee who reached the aforementioned total was Bestpenguin, with 72.5% votes for his induction.

Following this, the Legends Committee began discussing the cases of each legend over the course of two weeks.  There were three official meetings held.  One focused on the major nominees, one focused on the small/medium nominees, and one revisited the nominees that received a higher yield of varying opinions.  During these discussions, the results of the Community Vote were referenced to, as were statistics provided by Club Penguin Army Wiki Bureaucrat Dino, who held the role of Wiki Observer to affirm the induction cycle.  As always, we remind the public that- while not able to vote on the major nominees- the present S/M Army Legends are encouraged to participate in the conversation towards Major Army Legend.

The Legends Committee was then given four days to submit their official ballots.  Just like the community, the committee members voted ‘yes’ or ‘no’ on the nominees.  Afterwards, the committee Heads, DMT and Iceyfeet1234 counted and confirmed the votes.  It must also be noted that while there were 24 members on the committee this year, there were only 23 that submitted their votes on time.  Any committee member that fails to submit on time results in their vote being invalidated, which means they were removed from the total count.

To be inducted, a nominee must receive a simple majority of the votes from the committee.  There were 16 voters for Army Legend and 23 voters for S/M Army Legend.  This means that the amount of votes required for an Army Legend to be inducted this year is 9 votes.  For an S/M Army Legend to be inducted, it takes 12 votes.  The participants were as follows:

  • Iceyfeet12342008 Army Legend
  • DMT 2019 Army Legend
  • 32op2020 Army Legend
  • Aaronstone42 2022 Army Legend

Congratulations to both Coolguy and Logical!  2025 was an exciting year for the community with lots of activity.  The amount of close votes here reflects that.  Both inductees did perhaps their best work in 2025, which pushed them over the hump in the eyes of the committee.  Below are the official biographies for the newly inducted Legends.

Coolguy began his army journey in 2011 and officially joined the community in 2012 with the United Countries of CP. Over the years, he rose into leadership across multiple armies, including Bacon Defenders, Coup Crusaders, and SWAT. During his three-year tenure in SWAT, he helped grow the army to major status, led consistent 40+ maxes, and won the Monster Mash tournament in 2022. He later joined the Army of Club Penguin, where he achieved major competitive success, winning Legends Cup XIII, Trick or Treat Trials, and New Year’s Bonanza. His leadership earned him ACP’s Bronze Medal in 2023, followed by the Silver Medal, cementing his reputation as a highly accomplished army leader. Coolguy later retired from ACP and became an admin of Club Penguin Armies in April 2024 alongside Disha and Mchappy. With prior league experience as a writer for Small Medium Army Central, Club Penguin Central, and Club Penguin Army Headquarters, he quickly became an influential figure in the league scene. As a CPA admin, he helped oversee several successful tournaments, including Legends Cup, Blood Bowl, Christmas Chaos, Candy Crusher, March Madness, and the Around the World Cup. After retiring from CPA as a Chief Executive Producer, Coolguy returned to his passion for leading armies, joining Dark Warriors following its reopening. He played a key role in rebuilding the army and guiding it to new heights, achieving 40+ maxes and winning first place in both Summer Blitz and October Horrors. Coolguy’s dedication, leadership, and consistency across multiple eras have made him a respected and accomplished figure within the Club Penguin Armies community.

Logical began his army career in 2022 when he joined the Secret Service. After nearly gaining a staff ranking, the army shut down, and Logical would eventually join the ranks of SWAT. After just a few months, Logical achieved the rank of leader. Under his leadership, SWAT achieved a top-two ranking on the Top Ten and also showed strong performance in a multi-army war, which included Templars, ACP, and Help Force. After resigning from SWAT in 2023, Logical became a founder of Penguins of Madagascar (POM). The group quickly gained prominence under his solo leadership and eventually entered war with SWAT, where they achieved a stalemate against the more established army. After a year, the army shut down, and Logical found himself back in the newly revived Secret Service. He quickly ascended to the leader rank and achieved strong sizes of 60+. The Secret Service went on to defeat the Templars in a one-sided war while also managing to win their first-ever trophy in the Tropical Rumble tournament. Following the Secret Service merging into the Doritos, Logical retained his rank as leader and went on to lead the Doritos to sizes of 100+ at their anniversary. The Doritos achieved multiple #1 rankings under his leadership and had a great performance in the Christmas Chaos 2024 tournament, which saw them become finalists. After leaving the Doritos, Logical went on to create the Void Troops army alongside Justin. VT made an immediate impact on the community at large, achieving victories in wars against the likes of Doritos, Templars, and Dark Warriors within just a few months of its creation. Logical’s career is not only defined by his ability to create strong armies but also by his capability to display great leadership in both the major and S/M army communities.

Personal closing words from DMT:

After a tumultuous three years of managing the yearly induction cycle, I think the commotion surrounding the 2022 results has died down.  As most will remember, it was that year that spawned a multitude of changes to the process, with the most notable being the welcoming of any legend regardless of activity status to the board.  This saw a substantial influx of voters for the following cycles as well as an increase in debate- and perhaps hostility- during the committees discussion periods.  That was not the case this year.  The list of members this year contains more CPPS Army Legends, than original, and most of these individuals remained tied to the community even if they are not in a specific army.  Of course, there are still several older Legends that remained because of their care for the title (and the good input they bring).  But it appears that many of those Legends who were up in arms over the title being sullied have been quelled.

While we will continue to honor the open-arms philosophy, I think it did make the process a lot more collaborative this year.  I could see real, tangible progress being made every time discussion took place.  And above all else, it was all done with a level of respect that was sorely lacking in previous editions.  It made my job easier this year, which was much appreciated given the revolving nature of the Heads availability.  The committee also greatly valued the return of the Community Vote.  While its impact was not as strong as previous years, the inclusion of it- and the optional response forms- gave us a completely new tool to utilize during our discussions.  It makes me happy to see the increased voter turnout and passion demonstrated by the community.  Slowly but surely, the Legends title is once again becoming something worthwhile.

I once again enter 2026 with a lot of hopes and dreams for the Legends Committee.  There’s not much I can speak on, though, in that regard.  The conclusion of this cycle brings upon the immediate search for another Committee Head as well as an S/M Legend Manager.  Once these people are chosen, then we can convene and discuss what the path forward is for the Legend title.  As always, our top priority is satisfying the community.  The feedback garnered from the voting form, as well as the public discourse, will be the first things to come up at the annual Town Hall in March.  These concerns are also shared by myself, with many people expressing confusion and frustration with the S/M Legend title.  It is an inherently confusing role that has not been explained well by us, nor has it necessarily been consistent with what it expects.  And the concept of rewarding someone for being “small” as the face value implies, is baffling to most community members.  This is far and away the biggest point that needs addressing.  That, and further clarification on the years that can be seen on the page.  It is easy to forget that this system has been around for over 15 years now, which means that much of it is antiquated because of the community’s general insistence to maintain the status quo.  Perhaps its time for some true innovation to hit the Legends Committee.

Thank you’s are in order for a laundry list of people.  Of course, we continue to appreciate our partnership with Club Penguin Armies for hosting our cycle here and supporting it.  Edu14463 and Jojo Teri are steadfast in their commitment to the community and that is shown in their work during this past holiday season.  We also owe a great deal of credit to known CPA statistician Dino.  I continue to be amazed at the research he puts in that allows him to give our committee top of the line statistics to discern the nominees.  And of course, none of this is possible without the community, who continues to put up with the title and my management despite its ups and downs.  Thank you all, truly.  We’ll see you soon!

Logical doesn’t deserve to be s/m legend after what he and SS did to Sidie.
    Revoke his legend.
