We are just two days away from Christmas. This is the twenty-third edition of the special Christmas column, which includes historical information and daily challenges to the community.

Like the previous ones, this issue is divided into 4 sections, with the first one being the introduction. As mentioned in the Christmas 2025 @ CPA, the posts of this column will include the “This Day in History” of the day, as well as the daily challenge to the community. There will also be a fun fact at the end of the post.
This Day in History – December 23
Christmas Chaos VII Takes Place
On December 23, 2017, the one-day major tournament Christmas Chaos: Hunt and Kill (also known as CCVII) took place. This tournament marked the community’s first event following the Club Penguin shutdown earlier that March, making it the first major tournament of the CPPS era. Army Legend Ulysses Nardo judged and moderated the tournament, and the Elite Guardians of Club Penguin emerged as the victors.
Daily Challenge – December 23
Today’s challenge is: Score 3000 on Smoothie Smasher on CPJ
You have 7 days to complete it. Make sure to message a screenshot showing that you completed the challenge to one of the following people: Edu14463, Jojo Teri, Kazoo, Tulip, Yeeter, Zooy. Completing any of the 24 Challenges will grant you the basic participation role. Additionally, successfully finishing at least 4 of this week’s challenges will grant you the competitor role. If you complete all 7 of this week’s challenges, though, you will receive the Challenge Master role. The highest tier reward will be given to the people who complete all 24 challenges. They will be allowed to add a preferred emoji to the server, as long as it adheres to the server rules.
Fun Fact
In 2024, former admin Mchappy formally introduced Memorable Members to the community. Since then, the prestigious title has been given to 9 people.
