A Quick Glance into the Army History
The Portal Hoppers of Club Penguin hosted their first event on July 3, registering in Club Penguin Armies on the same day. They stayed open for the whole month of July, participating in a total of 5 Top Tens. They managed to reach as high as eighth place twice. Before the army was officially founded, it was organised by the two founders, Dbsa and Zay. Following that, a few days before the opening event, Lawless joined them, creating the PHCP triarchy.

The original three-person leadership didn’t last long. On July 20, Zay stepped down, earning the Legend title in the PHCP hall of fame, for his contributions to the army. At the same time, sua got promoted to leader. PHCP continued to grow, becoming an important member of the small-medium army community, accomplishing an online troop size of 16 at an event.
Unexpected hiatus
On August 4, the PHCP founder, Dbsa, announced that the army will be going into a brief hiatus. He didn’t specify how much time that would be. In his hiatus message, he mentioned that he paused the army activity so as to get enough leadership experience. He claimed that this is not the end of PHCP and that it will return in the future and shouted out the aforementioned leaders for their support.

What was the reason for the hiatus?
The Reason for the Hiatus was simply because i didn’t have enough experience for it and we didn’t max a lot so I joined VT as hcom as a leadership suggestion since leadership experience comes from 3ic+ and VT pretty much treats their HCOM as leaders so that’s a point, and VT are our allies, but I’ve gotten a LOT of experience from leading PHCP and that’ll Help.
Are you planning on leading another army?
No, I’m not planning to Lead another Army but I might do so in The Future, maybe VT, who knows?
How much time do you expect the PHCP hiatus will last?
Until I gain Enough Leadership Experience, The Time is Indefinite.
What was your favorite moment from PHCP?
The Moments where we Had Fun Events with Troops, Visitors and Maxed Really well, the Come Back’s About to Be fire !!
It seems that Dbsa has joined the Void Troops for now in order to gain some leadership experience. He believes this will help him make PHCP even stronger after it comes back from the indefinite hiatus. He also appears to be excited for that time. Do you think PHCP will reopen soon?
