The Breaking Point

On June 30, the Templars of Club Penguin formally launched a crusade against the Doritos of Club Penguin, citing persistent instances of toxicity within leadership as the primary cause of conflict. Before this declaration, the Templars had ended the alliance they had with the Doritos for similar reasons. In their war post, the tensions between the two armies stem from unresolved conflicts with members of the past Secret Service leadership, accusations of harassment, and acts of betrayal by former members. The Doritos have yet to formally respond to any of the allegations, choosing to remain silent, while the Templars have officially revoked all honors from those tied to the leadership.

Reheating Nachos

Shortly after declaring war, the Templars successfully invaded Beanie and achieved an impressive max of 40+. Just minutes before the invasion, the Doritos called off their defense, handing the win to the Templars. Although the two later clashed again, the Doritos failed to successfully claim the land, raising doubts about whether this generation will be able to withstand the pressure.

Sudden Surrender

On July 5, the Doritos unexpectedly transferred all of their land to the Templars, officially concluding the war with a force treaty and a swift 5-0 victory for the Crusaders. As a result, the conflict came to a decisive end after facing little resistance. Coincidentally, the war’s conclusion comes just in time for the highly anticipated Legends Cup XV tournament.

Relinquishment of Summit force treaty

Club Penguin Armies approached TCP Grand Prior Moon and DCP Army Representative Ayeeti to gain a better understanding of their perspectives and future actions.

How do you anticipate this war ending?

Moon:  I anticipate for the war to end easily — Templars invades and defends all land with victory. Then give Doritos a force treaty.

Ayeeti:  I think this war will end in favor of DCP if everyone does their part

What is your response to the war declaration, and how do you plan to fight back?

Ayeeti: Our plan to fight back is to get our staff members to work extra hard and show real DCP pride

What are you hoping to achieve from this war campaign?

Moon:  From this war campaign, I’m hoping to further destroy any remaining public image of the Doritos. I hope this war and the amount of backlash results in a shut down or the army never recovers again.

Is there anything else you’d like to add or make known?

Moon: I’d like to make it known that the Doritos are weak. They fold under no pressure.

Ayeeti: Fear the shield

As the Templars and Doritos clashed across the map, questions arose over whether either side would back down or continue fighting for their version of justice. With the war score favoring the Templars and doubts growing around the Doritos’ strength, the conflict came to a swift end on July 5 with a full land transfer and a 5-0 Templar victory. How will the Doritos fare in future conflicts? Will the Templars be able to continue their momentum?
