On June 15, both the Templars and the recently opened Void Troops rose to Major army status. Having maxed at least 20 for three weeks, new opportunities await these Major armies.

By maintaining a size of at least 20 for three weeks, the Templars and the Void Troops rose to Major army status on June 15. Although they have both gained Major status, their circumstances for doing so are different.
The Templars gained Major status on December 22, 2024, falling to Small/Medium status on February 2, 2025. Despite falling to Small/Medium, the Templars stayed strong. During a war against the Army of Club Penguin, they maxed over 20 several times. Although Billy Bawb, one of their leaders, retired on June 14, they still managed to push through. For the past three weeks, the Knights gained consistent size scores of 22, 20, and 20, qualifying them for Major status.

The Void Troops, on the other hand, are rising to Major status for the first time. They recently opened on April 27, maxing 20 at their opening event. The Void Troops were very successful in a short amount of time, maxing close to or above 20 in the weeks following their opening. Recently, the Void Troops defeated the Doritos, a Major army, in a war, winning all battles. Although this was not their first war, this was their first war against a major power, proving themselves to the community. They also had several leaders join, such as Kira and Ugly, which helped boost the army. By maintaining a size of at least 20 for three weeks, the Void Troops gained Major army status less than two months after opening.

How do you feel about becoming major?
Ugly: It feels great to see the army grow exponentially in a short amount of time.
Echo: It feels great its a goal we’ve been chasing for a few months now but with the hard work of everyone in TCP we’ve achieved it
What contributed the most to you becoming major?
Ugly: The heavy work of all staff, HCOM, and the leaders. People such as Logical, Kira, Ant, Apryl, Lia, Judy, Owl, and xdemon who played significant part in developing VT to what it is today, and with the loyalty of the troops and community as a whole that made this happen.
Echo: For sure recruitment and bonding with troops
Do you have any big plans now that you’re major?
Ugly: VT is now focusing on rebuilding the army, and with Major status to focus later on contending with long standing strong armies to rise to the top.
Echo: Time will tell
Both armies seem happy with their new classification. Being a major army comes with new opportunities. What will these two do next? Where do they go from here? What will they accomplish?
