The Doritos of Club Penguin suddenly declared war on the People’s Imperial Confederation. Shockingly, the latter army went on a hiatus. Let us look deeper into the situation.

On April 24, the Doritos of Club Penguin declared war on the People’s Imperial Confederation, leaving the community aghast. Previously, Doritos released targeted offensives of multiple armies, including the Templars, the Army of Club Penguin, and the Confederates. Recently, internal tensions within the People’s Imperial Confederation had reached a breaking point. After a week of chaos and mess, it closed off its fourth generation, following the expulsion of 54x as leader. According to its founder, Sidie9, the reasons for his immediate demotion are his recent allegations.

The Doritos declare war on PIC
The complete case behind the Doritos of Club Penguin’s declaration of war is still somewhat unclear. While there has been a suggestion from DCP leadership that there have been tensions between the DCP and the People’s Imperial Confederation, there has been nothing explicitly identified as a motive for war. Luckily, DCP leadership has stated that they will be releasing a statement in due course that will hopefully explain the reasons for the campaign and also explain the reasons behind their decision to declare war.
In an effort to better understand the motivations driving this war, Club Penguin Armies reached out to Doritos leader Aisha for further insight.
Have any tensions between DCP and PIC led to the declaration of this war?
Yes there has been tensions between DCP and PIC since the DCP revival got announced so this definitely isn’t a surprise to them nor should it be to the community. This was going to happen whether or not they went on hiatus, and now that they are “shutdown” their land is just sitting there sooo… People can complain all they’d like but PIC could’ve dropped all their land or transferred it, not my fault they didn’t act sooner. So i guess, thanks PIC.
What message does this war send to the rest of the community, especially other Small/Medium armies?
Got me feeling like this what PIC be trying to do. But yeah, this isn’t us attacking them BECAUSE they’re s/m, but moreso because they wanna shittalk us so expect us to bite back
Do you think the war could reignite or provoke the next generation of PIC supporters to rally back? Is that something DCP would welcome or consider a threat?
I mean maybe it will reignite and motivate them into fixing the reputation this generation of PIC has bought in, that’s up to the PIC council and their decisions.
Any final message to PIC or the broader CPA community who might be skeptical of DCP’s intentions?
With PIC’s shutdown and DCP’s campaign ramping up, the community is watching with interest. Due to the inherent ambiguity of the conflict‘s origin, and whether it stems from old, unresolved tensions, opportunism, or some deeper motivation, the extent to which DCP has made a declarative point through their actions remains unclear. As more details are expected to be disclosed from leadership, all eyes are now directed at the Doritos as they proceed on one of the most controversial post-shutdown offensives in quite a long time. Was their action warranted, or a mere power play?

DCP better keep their orange asses off of PIC’s land. If they don’t I will gladly stop them myself.
I got mad at them twice, and i’ll do it again.
