Welcome to the Army in Focus column, where we analyze armies that have been outperforming the army community recently. In this edition, we will dive into recent achievements scored by the Templars in the past weeks.

The Templars of CP have been statistically outperforming many other armies, demonstrating perseverance even after their setback in June. While TCP has gone through multiple rough incidents this year, the army has made accomplishments too. TCP has shown excellent consistency in activity. Today, we will explore the factors that have led up to the Templar’s recent rise.
The Consecutive Conflicts
In April 2024, Templars faced the Water Vikings upon their war declaration. This was not the first time they had faced each other in conflict, however. Previously, both armies had engaged in war in November 2022. This war, also known as the Sluttpådawn War, of which concluded on April 25 with Templars turning victorious with a final score of 15-0-5 [W-T-L].
Throughout the month of May, the Templars were attacked by the Elite Guardians of Club Penguin. The Guardians declared their crusade on May 10, a day after the server map launched. The war was mapless due to conflicts that occurred during the launch of the map. After nine battles, the Guardians and Templars signed an armistice following a Guardian victory with a war score of 8-1-0 [W-T-L]. Due to the war being mapless, no force treaties could be imposed.
After the war with EGCP, on June 9, the Templars declared a state of war against the Special Weapons and Tactics after identifying SWAT’s plans to invade the nation of the Dark Pirates of Club Penguin. TCP leader Sidie9 claimed that this war would allow them to gain more land. The war lasted until June 28 and concluded when TCP announced a force treaty towards SWAT as they won nine battles in a row. Although victorious, the Templars endured their fall to the small-medium army community within the SWAT war due to having smaller sizes.

Changes in Status
The Templars officially joined the small-medium army community on June 25 after a significant reduction in their sizes. Some argue that due to former leader’s departure from the army may have been the cause of this demise. However, other onlookers suggest that TCP did not put effort into bringing more troops to war battles against SWAT throughout June. This fall was not long, however. Subsequently, the Templars joined the major army community once again after retaining performance.
#1 on the Top Ten
On July 28, TCP stood at the first spot on a recent Top Ten issue. This saw the much-anticipated rise of TCP. From consistently occurring in the middle of the Top Ten, the Templars finally made their way to the first position.

After watching these amazing feats by the Templars, Club Penguin Armies chose to interview Sidie9 to understand her feelings and thoughts about the Templars’ recent rise.
How do you feel about the Templars prominence, and what can people expect from the Templars in the future?
It’s about time. Though Dawnables was a fantastic Empress in her own right, the Templars haven’t been a major player in the Top Ten, tournaments or community politics since Xing retired. Together our team has been working hard to rebuild our empire. We reached the top three of Legends Cup XIV with impressive victories over ACP and EGCP, and we have maintained our strength moving forward. You can most certainly expect to see the Crusaders on the battlefield again, and we’ll be aiming to secure a tournament trophy in this year. There’s still a long road ahead, but we are certainly Making Templars Great Again one step at a time.
The Templars have had some amazing and daring actions that have made them the way they are today. With their recent uprise, it isn’t a surprise that the Templars want to be a strong army for everyone to see. What do you think of the Templars’ rise? Will Sidie9 continue to lead them to success?
