Welcome back to Behind the Scenes, a column exploring a community member’s daily life. This chapter delves into the life of Reporter in Training Elsa to understand what she does outside of Club Penguin Armies.

Elsa’s army adventure started when she joined the Club Penguin Online discord in 2020. This was when she stumbled upon the Royals of CP Online and decided to spend some time with them. However, her time there was short due to her not being consistent with attendance and an active member. Although she wasn’t active within the Royals, she was still interested in the army community. Following the Royals, she looked up Club Penguin armies and discovered the Templars.

After discovering TCP, she then had decided to join the army’s Discord server on July 25, 2020. When entering TCp she immediately started with the beginning rank, Turcopolier. Since then, Elsa has constantly worked hard and was always enthusiastic about helping the army succeed. As a result, she quickly rose up the ranks. Currently to this day, Elsa holds the rank of Knight of Wyrd, which is Second-in-Command.

From the beginning, Elsa has always aided the Templars and shown unwavering devotion to TCP troops. She also possesses various warfare medals and holds the 2020–2024 Veteran Badge, among other TCP medals. Elsa currently serves as a Reporter in Training for Club Penguin Armies reporting team in addition to her work with the Templars. Within the army community, she is known to have a very kind nature and always supportive of her army and position as a staff member of CPA.

Club Penguin Armies decided to interview Elsa and find out who she is behind the scenes.

Could you please share your daily schedule outside Club Penguin Armies?

My daily schedule outside of club penguin armies on Sundays and Thursdays is working from 8:30am to 4:30pm as a patient escort for us military veterans. On weekends I like to stay up late and wake up late!!

What are the objectives for a staff member in both the Templars and Club Penguin Armies?

Attend events, recruit and register and stay active plus dm reminding are the requirements for staff in Templars and also to be consistent! In CPA, you have to pick a post and do it by a certain deadline!!

How long do you anticipate remaining involved with CPA?

I don’t know how long I anticipate to remain involved in CPA, but as long as I am needed!

Do you have a favorite show?

My favorite tv show is Star Wars: The Clone Wars from 2008!

What are your favorite moments in the community?

My favorite moments in the community are when Star Wars week showed up, Pride Parade, Beach Brawl Tournament!

Elsa is clearly dedicated both to her role as an army member and to her job outside of the army.
