BEANIE, People’s Imperial Confederation Capital – Just a few hours back, there were some changes in the leadership of the People’s Imperial Confederation, as the army witnessed one of its leaders, Legoman retiring, and a familiar face, Hidcre joining the leadership to take his place. What can we expect from Hidcre? What kind of an impact will this promotion have on the army at large?
On the 16th of December, Legoman announced that he was officially retiring from the position of Commander-in-Chief that he held at the People’s Imperial Confederation. Following this, there was another important announcement made by Sidie9, one of the current leaders of the army stating not only about Legoman’s retirement but also about the army’s former advisor, Hidcre joining the leadership.

The People’s Imperial Confederation of Club Penguin (PICCP) was formed on the 17th of October 2019 by Sidie9 and Sirproditor. The army was created towards the end of the ‘War of No Return’, a war between the Recon Federation and the Army of Club Penguin. PIC’s first appearance on the battlefield was in a practice battle with the Lime Green Army on the 30th of October, 2019, with a troop count of 11. In the year 2019, the army also went to war against the Army of Club Penguin, which they refer to as the ‘War of Green Peril.’ In April 2020, PIC took part in World War Rewritten as allies of the Rebel Penguin Federation, going against the Army of Club Penguin, and was also involved in the Campaign of Resistance against the Recon Federation. After two generations in 2019 and 2020, the army was revived for a third generation on the 7th of January, 2021 and since then, the army has been growing rapidly. They held their opening event just 2 days later on the 9th of January, to which more than 15 people showed up. They have also participated in the March Madness Tournament, on the 13th of March, going against the Special Weapons and Tactics. In June 2021, the army took part in Project: Conquest where they achieved fourth place. They would later go on to form the Imperial Intelligence Alliance with the Smart Penguins and participate in Legends Cup XI, after which they got involved in the Golden Intelligence War, or the Fall Apart War (as the army refers to it) wherein the Smart Penguins declared war on Golden Troops, and PIC declared war on the Post Malone Army, one of Golden Troops’ colonies. The Confederation also formed a brother alliance with the Fire Warriors, titled the Blazing Confederation Brother Alliance, and the Templars allied with the army as well. In Challengers Cup 2, PIC made it to the finals but unfortunately lost to the Fire Warriors. This year, in October, the army celebrated its two-year anniversary and joined the Vengeance Alliance after declaring war on the Water Vikings. Throughout its existence, the army has consistently been one of the Top-Ten Armies and has managed to maintain its strength and size, through everything.

Hidcre initially joined the army community back in 2017, by enlisting in the Rebel Penguin Federation. She then joined the Pizza Federation in early 2018, where she led the army from May 23rd, 2020 to August 9th, 2020, before retiring in the same year. She was then an Advisor for the Templars for a while and then joined the People’s Imperial Confederation, as an Advisor, before she was inducted as the new Commander-in-Chief at PIC.
