Spring is finally here, which means it is time to look back on February now. February was less active than January in terms of community events, but when it comes to Top Tens it was an interesting month, with armies preparing for March Madness XI.

Like the previous month, the Rebel Penguin Federation was first for all weeks but one. That week, the Army of Club Penguin managed to get the top spot. The TTOTM of February is very similar with the one of January, with most armies keeping their place.
On top of the standings, there is RPF, with 79 points, closely followed by ACP, which is 3 points below RPF and 3 above the Templars, who have 73. After them, there are the Aliens with 67, followed by the tied Help Force and Water Vikings, who have 60 points. Right below them, the Dark Warriors managed to get 59 points.
In the final three spots, there are the Romans with 52, the Shadow Legionaries with 44, and the Scarlet Republic with 32. The Cryo Vanguards are shortly out of the Top Ten with 27 points.

- The Romans have the largest rise, going up by 2 places in this TTOTM. The Scarlet Republic has the biggest and only fall, going down by 2 places.
- We see 23 armies hosting events during this month, two fewer compared to January.
- The Templars achieved the largest maximum size with a grand total of 105 at the “Pancake CPJ Event”, during the week of February 15-21.
- The highest total score of the week for the month was achieved by the Army of Club Penguin, with 99.14 points, during the week of February 15-21.
- The highest score of the month for the UK/US division was also achieved by ACP, at an average of 70.75 on the same week.
- The highest score of the month for the AUSIA division was achieved by ACP, with an average of 62, on the same week.
- The highest number of events held by an army in a week this month was achieved by Aliens, totaling 9 during the week of February 22-28.
- The biggest rise that occurred this month was the Cryo Vanguard, Dark Warriors, Scarlet Republic, Zall of CP, and Tsunamis all rising three places.
- The biggest drop that occurred this month was the Water Vikings and the Shadow Legionaries, dropping three places, during the week of February 22-28.
- The biggest percentage of armies hosting AUSIAs was on the week of February 15-21 and was 53%. A total of 8 armies hosted AUSIAs in that week, the most for the month.
