For the third time, only in 2025, the Templars have once more changed their classification. After some rough months featuring low maxes, the Knights saw a resurgence in their activity, which led to their rise to Major status.

The Templars started 2025 off strong as a Major army. However, they fell to Small/Medium status on February 2, 2025. Despite falling to S/M, the Templars did not dishearten. For example, during a war against the Army of Club Penguin, they maxed over 20 several times. It was not until June 15 that the army regained Major status, and managed to retain it throughout the whole Summer season, when the army peaked with high maxes in events and tournament battles.

Sadly, right when Summer was ending, TCP was hit with another drop. This reclassification came after losing the Divine Reckoning war against Void Troops. The announcement of their drop also came only four days after Dawnables silently rejoined TCP’s leadership. Since then, the army has been Small/Medium, failing to reach an average of above 20 troops for many weeks.
Nonetheless, the unfortunate fate of the army came to an end this last Sunday, December 28, when the Templars finally regained their Major status, after successfully averaging more than 20 troops for three consecutive weeks. The army is now with a fresh new leadership, with new faces like Zez and Borapenguins at the helm, with Sidie9 returning as the Regent of Jerusalem.

TCP often attributes its sudden growth to school break periods, such as the traditional Summer/Winter recesses. Would this be the case again? Is the usage of Club Penguin Journey also something to consider? Club Penguin Armies reached out to TCP leader Zez to understand more of the circumstances that led to this rise.
What factor contributed the most to TCP rising to Major again?
One of the factors that led to this is the help from all the staff, HCOM, and my coleaders, I thank them all for helping Templars reach it’s major status
Do you believe this success will be kept on the long run? What will be done for it?
Major Status will be kept undoubtedly, we will continue working hard and staying consistent.
Now that TCP is back in the Major scene, could you tell us some of your plans for the army?
There will be many things coming up in the next year, and many future victories.
