Recently, one of the newest Small/Medium armies, the Witches, announced its unfortunate closure. Today we will investigate the happenings leading to this event.

The Witches graced the community with their presence on October 13, hosting an opening event that reached a max of 5. Under the command of Kidboy12edit and Katsura, the army formed alliances with armies such as the Special Weapons and Tactics, the wii phone army, and the Star Force.
The army saw their fair share of battles. They competed in the October Horrors tournament, being eliminated in the qualifiers, as well as facing off against the Romans in a war. Unfortunately, on October 28 the army would go on hiatus, due to time constraints for the leaders.

Gone for good
After the announcement of their hiatus, army founder Kidboy would go on to depart for pastures new. Following this revelation, on November 3, Katsura announced the army would be closing down, due to the stress of solo leading.
Following their closure, Katsura urged all WoCP members to join the Army of Club Penguin. Despite this, on November 4, Kidboy transferred all of the Witches’ land to the Phantom Republic. Since then, however, PRCP has closed down and merged into the Void Troops.

Evidently, the future of the Witches is uncertain; however, we are hopeful they will make a return. With the Christmas season fast approaching, we can only hope for an increase in army activity. What do you think the future holds for Katsura and Kidboy? Could we see the WoCP return?
