Scarlet Rise and Fall
The Scarlet Republic entered the community on January 4, under the command of Ghostt and Imvge, former members of the Army of Club Penguin. Throughout the past year, they have been one of the most successful Small/Medium armies, frequently in the Top Ten. Recently, they competed in the Summer Blitz tournament and achieved a respectable second-place finish.
More recently, the army has been struggling, rarely hosting events, resulting in them failing to be present in the Top Ten. This culminated on October 17, when leader Ghostt announced the army’s hiatus. Despite the unfortunate news, Ghostt highlighted that SR would certainly be back.

Riri’s Triumph
An active face both in SR and in the wider community, Riri has been a valuable asset to the Republic. A former member of armies such as ACP and the Doritos, Riri is an experienced troop and someone to watch out for. In the same announcement regarding SR’s hiatus, Ghostt also highlighted Riri’s impeccable work ethic and dedication, rewarding her with a promotion to leader.

The Scarlet Republic is one of the most successful new armies of the modern era. How does it feel to be their newest Commander?
It feels so great to finally be leader, I haven’t been as active as I would like recently but I’m hoping to change that soon, SR is an amazing community and I feel very lucky to have been apart of it and just made friends with everyone along the way these past couple of months and of course I’m very grateful to Ghostt for trusting me enough to help him lead the army.
As the army goes on hiatus, how do you intend to prepare it for the next generation?
The main thing we want to focus on is recruiting and helping our HCOM continue to grow and improve. They’ve already done an amazing job, but we want to make sure they’re fully prepared to lead the next generation. We also plan to lean more into the gaming side of SR, since that’s something we’ve been neglecting recently. Overall, the goal is to bring in new members and build our community even more.
What do you hope to achieve in your new position, and how will you influence SR’s future?
I wanna help rebuild the army, we already have lots of great ideas for the next generation but I just wanna be able to help implement a lot of them and maybe recruit and mentor some future leaders if all goes well. At the end of the day, SR is just supposed to be a fun place with no stress where we can all come together and have fun with zero pressure and I just want everyone to have a good time.
Evidently, the Scarlet Republic’s future is in good hands under their new leader, and we are excited for their return. But how do you think the wry will fare in the future? What can we expect from Riri? When will the Republic return?
