Before the beginning of the October Horrors tournament, a war broke out between the Small/Medium armies Romans and Witches of Club Penguin. In this article, we aim to understand what transpired between both armies.

INTRODUCTION
The Romans are one of the oldest armies, dating back all the way to 2006. It was initially created by Explorer7777 and existed as rogue factions before being united by Djgtjvgyhxgy. Throughout the army’s history, the Romans had several revivals, the most recent one happening in June 2025. They have recently allied with armies such as the Fire Vikings, and have had war campaigns against the Special Weapons and Tactics, as well as the Rebel Penguin Federation, as part of The White Order.

Meanwhile, the Witches of Club Penguin is a recently created army, founded by Kidboy12edit and Katsura on October 13, 2025. They have already been targets of war by the Phantom Republic of Club Penguin. On the other hand, the Witches have already forged alliances with various S/M armies, as the Special Weapons and Tactics and wii phone.

THE WAR
On October 18, the Romans declared a mapless war on the Witches, titled Operation: Spellbreaker. At the start of the war, the Romans scheduled the only invasion of the war, which was set to occur on October 23. However, the invasion never took place. The Witches ended up surrendering the war later that day, ending the war.
