Amid October Horrors, the army community witnessed the introduction of a new army, as Dillon’s Underground Mafias Army has made its way into the Club Penguin Armies. In this post, we explore the creation of the army and the aspirations behind it.

The army is led by Dillon, also referred to across the community as BERT, a Small/Medium Army Legend. He is known widely in the army community for his contributions in the revival and leadership of the Underground Mafias Army and Romans in 2017-18. The army itself is a spin-off of the former, adopting “Dillon’s” in the name to avoid an illegal reopening. The army, therefore, also adapts to the army’s legacy uniform.

The army applied for registration within Club Penguin Armies in the army registration channel in the official CPA Discord server on October 23rd. It was later approved by the CPA Administration on the same day, for meeting the requirements of hosting an event with a maximum size of 5 troops.

What motivated the creation of the Dillon’s Underground Mafia Army?
I can’t get UMA perms proper so I just revived my faction from the UMA Civil War of 2018.
Are there any goals you would like to accomplish with the army within CPA?
I will not be disclosing these at this time.
How does Dillon’s UMA aim to be different from the other armies present currently?
We (YES WE) will be bringing back UMA Culture to CPA, because God knows this community is boring without us.
