Viking Foundations
The Water Vikings were founded on December 28, 2010, making them one of the oldest surviving armies. Throughout their long history, they have seen great success both on Original Club Penguin, as well as on various Club Penguin Private Server’s.
Over the past nearly 15 years, WV have seen a multitude of famous leaders command their ship, including the likes of Aaronstone and Pjayo. However, one of the Vikings’ most recent commanders, SavageCobra, stands above the rest due to his status as a Small/Medium Army Legend. Cobra was able to lead the army to many great victories, including a convincing win in their war against the Templars.
However, like all good things, Cobra’s stint as Water Vikings leader came to an end. On September 7, Cobra announced his departure from the WV leadership team. Although a heavy loss to the Vikings, he would soon be replaced by Mato, a long time WV High Command member.

Raven’s Rise
Raven116 first became involved with armies after joining the Doritos through the Club Penguin Online discord. He then moved onto Water Vikings, achieving Fourth in Command, before migrating to several different armies, including Magma Clan, Special Weapons and Tactics, and Templars.
During the Second Eagre Foray War, Raven made his triumphant return to WV. From here he remained, before leaving the community, only to return and join Aliens. Again not feeling at home, Raven rejoined WV, where he stayed until eventually being promoted to Viking Commander on November 10, 2024.

Under Raven’s leadership, the Water Vikings saw a great period of success. Notably the Vikings engaged in the Third Eagre Foray War, against their long time enemies SWAT. This epic trilogy of wars began in August 2020, when WV declared on SWAT due to accusations of troopstealing. This war was a great success for the Vikings, making them 3-0 in wars versus SWAT.
Another of Raven’s greatest achievements was winning Club Penguin Armies premier Valentine’s Day tournament. This year’s Candy Crusher Brawl was an epic clash for both Major and Small/Medium armies, and thankfully for the Water Vikings, they came out on top in the S/M division.

Dino’s Dynasty
Dino is a well accomplished member of the Water Vikings, currently sitting on the HCOV. Alongside this, Dino is also a former Underground Mafias Army leader. He is also well known as an Administrator for the Club Penguin Armies Wiki as its Bureaucrat.
Dino has also held a plethora of positions within our contemporary organisation. Most notably, Dino is one of the current Top Ten Committee Heads, alongside Link3000. Previously Dino has also held positions such as Head of Branding and Community Committee Head.

Clearly the army community’s knowledge of the Water Vikings is rather vast, which we can see through the following statistics.
- Only 1/6 people correctly identified that WV were founded on December 28, 2010
- However, 5/6 participants correctly stated that Cobra was the S/M Legend who recently departed the Vikings
- Again, only 1/6 contestants knew that the last tournament victory the Water Vikings had was the Candy Crusher Brawl
- Once more, only 1/6 people knew Raven was promoted to leader last November
