Help Force and Void Troops Form an Alliance

On August 16, a new alliance between the Help Force and Void Troops was announced. With the alliance forming at an interesting time, let us dive deeper into the plans and goals the two armies have for their new partnership.

Momentum is a very important factor in an army’s week-to-week success. Army leaders failing to provide consistent events or effectively drive community growth will eventually lead the army to failure. All of this requires more than just frequent logins to a CPPS, though. Instead, it requires extensive planning, a clear vision, and a genuine connection between the staff and troops.

Just as an army relies on strong leaders, those leaders also must set up a capable team to help carry out their ideas. Understanding the importance of this, the Help Force and Void Troops have officially come together in alliance. Not only will this bolster each army’s community growth, but the two forces put together in battle could put up a fight to challenge anyone. Most recently, the Void Troops were in a war where they impressively dominated 15-0-1. Now, as Help Force and Void Troops combine resources, there is no telling what each army is capable of.

Additionally, this alliance comes after a disappointing loss for the Help Force at Legends Cup XV. After not reaching their expected results at the tournament, HF leadership promised meaningful changes, and this may just be a part of that plan. The Helpers are after redemption, and allying with VT can put them one step closer to completing their rebuild.

Eager to learn more about this new power duo, Club Penguin Armies reached out to leaders from both sides. From the Void Troops, Kira was contacted, and with Help Force, Thuanthaijo.

How did the two armies come to meet? Was becoming allies easy?

Kira: both armies had ties beforehand especially because many of the people in void troops were in dcp and before that ss so most people were acquainted with one another. becoming allies wasnt the easiest but it was a great experience
Thuanthaijo: Over the past few months we’ve been cooperating quite a bit with several practice battles and other stuff. I wouldn’t describe it as easy, it was more so that becoming allies was a natural progression of the relationship between our armies so far.

With the alliance set, what do you see your army achieving?

Kira: hopefully we can grow a long fruitful alliance with the help force where both sides are able to become close and benefit from one another
Thuanthaijo: Likely more joint events such as practice battles and stuff. I would like to see some bigger stuff but of course that would require lots of planning so I’m not sure if it will happen

How long do you expect this alliance to last?

Kira: hopefully for a long time!!

Thuanthaijo: For the foreseeable future

This move does more than just strategically strengthen the two armies. Diplomatically, this move also forces any other armies with overlapping interests to rethink their plans towards VT and HF. Clashing with one means to clash with the other, and the potential pressure from the Help Force and Void Troops could be enough to deter some potential threats. Their alliance is an exciting one, and surely one to watch closely. What do you think will come out of this alliance? Do you think there are any war plans? How long do you think this alliance will last?
