The quarter-finals of the most challenging tournament of the year, the Legends Cup XV, have taken place. Four armies have made it past the quarterfinals and are set to compete in the semifinals next weekend. Let’s review the results of the quarterfinals’ battles and see who moved on.

The quarter-finals round of the Legends Cup XV concluded this weekend. During this, eight armies fought for a place in the semifinals. There were some interesting battles, all worthy of such an important tournament! This weekend, the Water Vikings faced the Templars of Club Penguin, Help Force faced the Army of Club Penguin , Aliens of Club Penguin met the Void Troops, and the Rebel Penguin Federation went against the Doritos of Club Penguin.
TEMPLARS OF CLUB PENGUIN VS WATER VIKINGS
The Water Vikings were able to dominate the Templars in this battle. In Room 1, WV was able to easily outnumber TCP: 63-51 in their favor, while also showing cleaner and more unique formations, contrasting TCP’s lack of movement and poor formations. Now, in Room 2, WV was still in control and had over a 20 size lead against TCP but they were also able to outperform TCP as well, which again had everyone standing in a big jumbled group and were significantly behind when it came to formations. In Room 3, TCP showed a little improvement with its formations and movement, although WV still had a size advantage of 68-44. This room resulted in a tie.
The Water Vikings were able to win two rooms by a large margin and tie the third room. Because of the superiority in size, best forms, and overall overall execution, Water Vikings were able to show that they were superior with a victory.

ARMY OF CLUB PENGUIN vs help force
The Help Force had a very tight win against the Army of Club Penguin in this battle. Both armies were close for the majority of the battle, but HF started pulling away in the very final room. In Room 1, both sizes were comparably close at 28 for HF and 25 for ACP. Both sides had some AFKs in it, as well as messy formations at times but neither sides managed to find a decisive advantage. The coverage was all the same, so the overall result was a tie. In Room 2, while HF had a bigger size than ACP, they put together once again their neater formations in segments, and both armies again took turns covering each other room to draw this completion. In the final room, HF finally broke through. The army was maneuvering stronger with U and Z formations and looked bigger, whereas ACP’s formations of an extended H and triangle lacked any impact in coverage. Therefore, the strength of forming and using size won Help Force room 3 and ultimately the battle.

ALIENS OF CLUB PENGUIN VS VOID TROOPS
The Aliens were indisputably dominant over the Void Troops. The Void Troops were at a massive size disadvantage the whole time they were engaged in battle. In Room 1, they were the first to enter, but they were completely dwarfed in numbers (57-27) and execution. The Aliens were organized, efficient and had spacing; the Void Troops relied on poor formations which had gaps and holes, that primarily took place on their right side. In Room 2, the situation remained the same, the Aliens maintained complete control of the space and were again larger than the Void Troops (57-23). The Void Troops attempts to move in faster transitions failed when they couldn’t get straightened out in formations intact as Aliens living formations covered them with nice geometric shapes maximizing their larger size. In Room 3, the Aliens did not miss a beat, bringing the same intensity and energy as they had in the first two rooms. They came in hard, with aggression and different formations to maximize their room-control and domination. The Aliens afforded themselves the largest size yet (59-21) making them in complete control of the room, also making the Void Troop transitions ineffective and susceptible to further domination.

DORITOS OF CLUB PENGUIN vs rebel penguin federation
Given that Doritos of Club Penguin shut down, this battle no longer took place. Rebel Penguin Federation qualified for the semifinals.
