In the comic, there is a Club Penguin Armies representative calling roll for all armies participating in the tournament, Legends Cup, while they are in a classroom with many armies present. The representative is struggling to get the classroom’s attention to get students to join their armies, and the classroom soon looks very messy and chaotic as a penguin from Club Penguin Army Judges is telling the representative to move quickly. In contrast, other armies seem to be leaving, and some leave the classrooms without completing their process. The Portal Hoppers, a newly created army, arrived late and are still awaiting approval. They asked if it was still possible to join.
