The once formidable army, Doritos of Club Penguin, has fallen to Small/Medium status. Let’s take a look at some of the controversies and decisions surrounding the army that may have caused this drop.

Wwebestfan founded the Doritos of Club Penguin, one of the original Club Penguin Armies, in February 2010. Throughout their history, they have seen many highs and lows, so this dip is nothing they haven’t overcome before. DCP’s founding is based on war. In order to claim the ‘DCP’ abbreviation, they had to fight the Defense of CP for it. This war started only one week after the army’s creation. Since then, the Doritos have been through countless wars and failures and have always bounced back. One of their most notable events came during March Madness 2020, where the army maxed a total of 150+ troops.

Doritos during March Madness 2020
Their most recent high was during the Christmas Chaos XIV tournament, where they placed second in the grand finals. Their tournament performance has been downhill ever since, placing third at March Madness X, and then they were knocked out of the group stages at the Around the World Cup II. More importantly, though, the Doritos were recently in a war with the Void Troops that cost them their capital. After the gruesome 12 invasions from VT on Doritos’ servers, they also found themselves in a force treaty with the Troops. The Doritos did not defend a single one of their servers and no-showed all of them.

This drop to Small/Medium status also comes after the Doritos dropped from the Top Ten positions, where they held their spot for quite some time. During the first week of June, DCP dropped from fourth to the twelfth position. Since then, the Doritos have been back to hosting events and have officially announced their participation in this year’s Summer Olympics. As of the most recent Top Ten release, DCP holds the eighth spot.

Doritos drop to Small/Medium status
Club Penguin Armies reached out to the Doritos of Club Penguin to obtain any remedy plans and opinions on the situation. There was no response.
Their war has caused damage to the Doritos’ internal structure and reduced troop sizes. After all this disaster, DCP will likely need some time to adjust. With a new month and the Summer Olympics underway, DCP has a chance to start fresh again. Do you think they can reclaim Major status anytime soon? Do you think the Doritos will be able to redeem their once respected name?

Womp Womp! They deserve to go to small/medium.
And DCP stinks like moldy chips.
