Romans Establish Alliance With Agarthians

The agreement marks a significant step in diplomatic outreach for both armies, as the Romans continue to rebuild their presence and Agartha seeks early footing within the community.

A Brief History

The Romans of Club Penguin have a history reaching back to 2006. They were once regarded as one of the most esteemed armies in the first generation of Club Penguin warfare. After becoming defunct in 2020, they returned in 2025 under entirely new leadership. This was an effort to make their mark again in the modern age.

Meanwhile, the Penguins of Agartha are a fresh but ambitious army, created by Berlim. Although they have only recently arrived on the scene, they have already established a reputation for their tenacious attitude and entrepreneurial instincts in a highly competitive and demanding environment. Their leadership is guided by the intention to develop a legacy of persistence and creativity, establishing themselves as a new and hungry force ready to disrupt the traditional order.

A STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP

What is notable about this alliance is its newness. Neither army knows the other from any history of alliances or as enemies. With no shared wars or joint ventures in the past, their decision to unite signals a strategic effort to strengthen their positions through early diplomacy.

While the details of the alliance are still being finalized, leaders from both armies have already expressed mutual respect and sincere optimism about what is possible moving forward. Although this is not a reunion of old partners, the agreement is a fresh start, one that could potentially influence future conflicts or lead to future joint engagements. Additionally, the collaboration goes beyond possibilities that each side has not fully realized previously.

The alliance opens the door to greater coordination, whether in diplomacy, warfare, or both, for both armies. This means each entered the partnership on solid footing. Whether this moment was one of survival, a gesture of solidarity, or a strategic balance of power, the temporary situation benefits both armies by improving their placement on the battlefield. While substantive details remain unclear, the timing, tone, and language all suggest a union that could shape the next chapter of army politics.

Club Penguin Armies reached out to two representative leaders, Djgtjvgyhxgy and Berlim, for an exclusive interview to learn more about the alliance.

What led to this alliance?

Dj: They asked. The Romans don’t generally turn away potential friends.

Berlim: I’ve seen Romans and they are a nice army. It’s a good place to be with chill people, as also the leaders. I felt safe and trustable doing this alliance, so I made it.

How will this help your army?

Dj: The more friends, the better.

Berlim: We will probably do practice battles, as also help ourselves in events.

Any joint plans coming up?

Dj: Nothing concrete, but yeah, probably.

Berlim: Not for now, but for the future surely.

Is this alliance long-term?

Dj: I don’t see why not.

Berlim: Yes, it is. To the community, I’d say that y’all can wait for something big sooner (or not that soon)

As the details of this alliance continue to unfold, its long-term impact on the community remains to be seen. With mutual respect established and the potential for future collaboration on the table, this development may serve as a turning point for both armies involved. Will this partnership reshape the balance of power? Or is it simply a momentary alignment in a constantly shifting landscape?
