This means that the Community Chat has been overactive. Let us take a look at some of the things being discussed within the community.

What’s Up CPA? We are back with yet another edition of this series. What’s Up CPA is a one-off series I write which discusses some of the conversations taking place within Club Penguin Armies. While the post is not serious, it can offer some insight into the discussions taking place. Some important discussions can often be missed by the media and community members, despite there being some interesting topics. With that being said, let us get into it.
Mentions of Dark Warriors’ revival
Firstly, is it just me, or have we teleported back in time? We have had Ice Warriors hosting their anniversary, Doritos of Club Penguin involved in drama (with Void Troops), and now the Dark Warriors are lurking in the shadows. What is up with that guys? I know we all love a bit of nostalgia, but I’m half expecting Max to come back and start giving me feedback on this post. Please do not cancel this series, Max, we love you really.
Not only do we have these armies lying in wait, but we also have Romans making a comeback?? Now, if that is not a throwback, I do not know what is. With these powerhouses from the past all eyeing the same goal, to be the best, one can only wonder if they will cross paths once again. Also trying to get in on the comeback action is Elite Guardians, who are no strangers to the modern-day community but who have been absent as of late. With new leaders at the helm, will they truly remain elite or will their guards be down whilst other armies look for gold?
I’m sorry, but can someone give Dbsa‘s brother a medal? Can we do that? Honorary Club Penguin Armies Legend or something? I mean, this man has been taking on the evil demons which control the underworld all by himself. Have you ever walked in the street at night and seen evil red eyes glaring at you in the darkness? That is no animal or pet, that’s a demon. These things are pure evil, and people dare to invite them into their homes. They come into your house, destroy your things, smash vases, claw you and your clothing, and you blindly accept them? These evil things are laughing at you, and you are enabling them! I do not know what is worse, multil.ogging or enabling demons. Keep it up Dbsa’s brother!
One of the most surprising things that took place over the weekend happened during the Around The World Cup. During the battle that saw the Army of Club Penguin face off against the Aliens, a huge problem arose. Both armies were green, however, they weren’t envious of each other, they were literally green. The battle was nothing more than a green blob with several tactics being thrown. It was unclear which army looked bigger or who was sending what. It was like trying to find Wally in a Where’s Wally book.
Ultimately, the judges had no choice but to do the unexpected – pause the battle before the second battle room was announced. Due to the clash in colours, ACP were forced to swap into their Delta division’s uniform. They were given two minutes to do so, yet this undoubtedly raised questions. Despite the questions, something needed to be done, and it was a decision that, while made quickly, was not taken lightly. It does bring into question if this brief pause cost ACP the battle, halting any momentum or if Aliens simply were the better army.
Since she left the Club Penguin Armies Administration, questions have been asked about what Mare will do next. Anyone who knows Mare will have noticed small changes. One instance of this was that when she logged onto CPA Battleground, she spawned onto the Iceberg and tipped it instantly. We all thought that this was a bug, but I have finally discovered the reason for this. In the above picture, you see Mare’s meals. Usually, just one of these would fill one person. The burger alone would make some feel bloated. Yet, for Mare, these meals were not even the main course. They were simply snacks.
After posting the pictures above, Mare stated that she was “never putting the fork down”. How she can still walk is beyond me. But she is still here, eating and living to tell the story. In the past, I have joked about FatChicken being fat, but I’m afraid I must apologise. In comparison to Mare’s eating habits, Chicken is absolutely normal. I have never been glad about anyone leaving the administration, but I am glad Mare has, knowing this. I am afraid that if she remained in the administration, there would be no room for anyone else in a group chat.
To top off this post, I was interested in a question posed: “What is life?”. Yet, I’m sure there are many more interesting things going on in the community than philosophical talk. Thus, we arrive at Kyle‘s Carl-bot notifications. While the warning regarding being rude to people is completely normal, the other notification is interesting. Mchappy once muted Kyle in CPA to force him to study. While it is not something which is in the Moderator rule book, it is a considerate action. However, it makes you wonder what else Mchappy muted people for.
In an ideal world, people would not need to be muted, but perhaps they should be muted for their own good. We have seen people come into the chat and dig themselves a hole. Perhaps they should be muted to protect them from themselves. It also makes you wonder if anyone has ever muted anyone who was talking while their army was hosting an event. While Moderators remain unbiased, muting members whose armies have an event would benefit both them and their armies. It would, again, be helping the member. Would people endorse muting members to save them from themselves? Could Moderators start muting people for being stupid, or would everyone be muted if that were the case?
And that is what is up CPA! While a lot has happened throughout the past few weeks, plenty more is yet to happen. With a Dark Warriors revival on the horizon and a DCP war still taking place, there certainly is not a lack of action. Now that the Around The World Cup is over, we are sure to see even more action on the map too. Will any of the tournament matchups cause wars to break out? Will Mare finally stop eating? Can Dbsa’s brother rid the world of all evil?
