The Void Troops have ignited an all-new conflict against the Doritos. After the recent groundbreaking leadership exchanges between the two armies, we will witness an on-map war between them.

On Saturday, May 31, the Void Troops declared war against the Doritos of Club Penguin. This spontaneous diplomatic change comes after VT leader Kira resigned from the latter and joined the former. According to the latest war terms, allies are permitted to participate in the on-map war; certain war terms were changed afterwards by VT a few hours after the initial declaration. In addition, both armies hold enough land for the war to last a week. This war has been titled ‘The Silencing of the Mob’.

Before the war started, DCP leader BScharbach2, who had resigned only a few days before, had returned. Consequently, Aisha ended her tenure too shortly after his resignation, suggesting a potential internal turmoil in the Doritos. Currently, VT is being led by DCP’s recent leaders, Logical and Kira, and DCP is being led by Megha and BScharbach2. The pair of armies battled each other at the Around the World Cup US stage on Thursday, May 29. DCP emerged victorious in the very close battle, winning 1 room and tying the other 2 rooms. Likewise, we may see similar results for battles corresponding to this war.

VT has reasoned that the unnamed war is based on cyber violence, vindictive bullying, and open criticism against VT itself. Meanwhile, the Templars broke their alliance with the Doritos following the accusations, to which the Doritos responded. Later, Doritos Legend Carter released a second post promising investigation and justice. The battles began with the territorial invasions of Tundra and Aurora by VT, and Cozy and Puddle by DCP. However, DCP did not show up to the Invasions of Puddle and Tundra, losing to VT in their first battles. So far, the war score is 5-0 [W-L] in favor of VT, with them recently 3- 0- ing the Doritos in a US invasion, the first in which they showed up.

Club Penguin Armies approached VT leader Kira and DCP leader BScharbach2 to learn more about their views and objectives of the war.

What motivated you to depart from the Doritos and declare war?

Kira: continuous injustices, disrespect towards me and other members of the community, and a bunch of other factors, including the plot to remove me, led to my swift departure from the Doritos. those same reasons, especially the stuff done to coleaders like logical, pushed us to declare war on DCP as a way to not only avenge what had happened to us but to avenge people in the community who have had to endure the the nature dcp have pushed and are continuing to do

What is your response to the war declaration, and how will you fight back?

BScharbach2: I intend to retaliate in the most efficient methods possible.

From this war, what result do you anticipate?

Kira: the goal is to win of course but at the very least reveal some of the cracks in dcp’s foundation and hopefully show that the only place for the doritos is away from the cpa community

How do you see your army’s diplomatic relations change following the recent events?

Kira: well to begin with, our already established alliance with the templars has strengthened significantly in solidarity against dcp and im hoping any other armies within the community who have been effected by dcp’s actions in the past will join our call to action against them because at the end of the day we want to strengthen ties with armies who have been forced to deal with the toxicity dcp has been pushing for months atp
