After reopening in February, the Water Vikings quickly made their mark by securing a victory in the Candy Crusher Brawl for the Small/Medium category. Since then, the army has regained its major army status and undergone leadership changes, with Cobra stepping into command shortly before Raven’s recent retirement. Throughout these transitions, WV has remained active, using practice battles and consistent events to solidify their presence.

Meanwhile, the Army of Club Penguin enters a new era under the newly inducted Commander-in-Chief, Daniel. The army remained active during recent tournaments, including February’s Candy Crusher Brawl. They maintained this momentum into March Madness X, where they placed fourth after narrowly losing the third-place match to the Doritos. With renewed leadership and consistent event scheduling, ACP appears focused on rebuilding their presence and aiming for stronger results in upcoming battles.

Forest – TIE

Room one saw ACP enter first with a size advantage of 30-23, forming an anchor while WV moved into a plus. Both armies displayed clean forms early on, though ACP had some bunching and a few misplaced troops. WV used several word tactics which limited visibility, but their quick movements – particularly a smooth transition into a W formation – allowed them to keep up. The Clovers opposed with a triangle form, however gaps began forming over time. Despite the size difference, both armies had notable strengths and weaknesses, leading this room to result in a TIE.

Cove – Water Vikings

In Room two, the Vikings entered slightly earlier, with ACP maintaining a size advantage of 29-22. Both armies opened with strong formations, though ACP showed some bunching and spacing issues while WV’s formations were neater and more coordinated overall. As the battle progressed, WV maintained steady movements and cleaner execution, while ACP struggled to perfect certain forms. Regardless of the size difference, the Vikings’ consistent formations and coordination earned them the win in this room.

Docks – TIE

In the final room, ACP entered first with a size advantage of 29-21. Both armies moved into a number of formations, though ACP struggled with bunching and visible gaps, particularly on the right side. WV’s forms were generally cleaner and more spread out, allowing them to appear larger despite the size gap. While both sides mirrored each other’s movements at times, neither army consistently outperformed the other. Due to their evenly matched efforts, this room resulted in a TIE.

The battle between these two armies was a fierce and competitive display from both sides, with the Vikings securing one room and the other two resulting in ties. Although the Water Vikings came out on top, the Clovers were able to deliver a strong and determined performance. What did you think of this battle? What can we expect from these two armies in future?
