Beasto was recruited into the Help Force on January 17, 2021, kicking off his army journey. He joined the staff ranks around July 2021, retiring five months later in December. Beasto returned to HF two years later in April 2023. Through hard work, he entered the army’s High Command in July and achieved the rank of Second in Command in August. Beasto’s promotion to leadership was confirmed on April 28, 2024, with him being officially promoted to Commander on May 2.

Beasto announces his promotion to leader

During Beasto’s time as leader, he served in many tournaments and wars. Most recently, he led the army to the Finals of March Madness X, where they came second to the Rebel Penguin Federation. The army consistently had good tournament performances under Beasto’s leadership, but celebrated their biggest win of 2024 in Legends Cup XIV. HF has also had its fair share of wars, earning a win against the People’s Imperial Confederation and concluding a war against the Templars with no victor.

Beasto’s retirement followed a busy month for the Helpers. Alongside March Madness X, they commemorated their 7th anniversary with a week of activities and a celebratory event. On April 12, Beasto released a post announcing his retirement and detailing the ups and downs of his journey until now. In this post, he attributes his retirement to a loss of focus due to school, but affirms his trust in his successor, Diwix, who became Commander in February. On the same day, the Helpers maxed 57 in his retirement event. Though he has left leadership now, the legacy he left behind is apparent, as he is recognized as a Stalwart in the army’s Hall of Fame.

Club Penguin Armies managed to ask Beasto a few questions about his recent departure, these are his answers.

What led to your retirement from Help Force

Real life is getting busier and busier by the day, and I dont have time for the Help Force anymore sadly.

What do you think the future holds for the army?

I think Diwix and Jo will lead the army to greatness and potentially win many tournaments and maybe wars.

Do you foresee a return to armies, or do you intend to remain retired?

A return is not really clear right now but it might or might not happen, Cant promise anything.

Do you believe you accomplished all of your goals before retiring?

I achieved most goals but not all.

It seems that the army remains in good hands under Diwix and Thuanthaijo‘s command. We will see in the future whether or not Beasto returns for another stint in armies, but it is clear he has left a huge impact on HF. What impact will Beasto’s retirement have on the army? Do you think he will remain retired? Will we see any new Helpers step up to leadership?
