The year got off to a tremendous start, and February has already seen several odd and unorthodox occurrences, such as an appointment in leadership among the Doritos. The new leadership is ready to take the Doritos to new, unparalleled heights with two new captains, Bscharbach2 and Kira, taking over for 32op and Logical. REVIVAL BACKGROUND
Once a powerful force in the army community, the Doritos of Club Penguin had roared back to life in a spectacular turn of events following the unforeseen fall-off of the Secret Service. Before the turning point, tensions inside SS had cooked for weeks, leading to a startling leadership flight. Former SS officials—including JoelFreak, Aisha, and Logical—abandoned their intentions to honor SS’s 4th anniversary and instead resurrected the venerable DCP, an army with a famous past going back from 2010.

The choice to change came from inner struggle. Former legends were accused by SS leadership of planning a coup and supposedly enlisting outsiders like Mark of the Rebel Alliance Commando to bring them down. Feeling betrayed, the leaders sped to DCP, damaging the SS Discord server and moving operations days before SS’s anniversary celebration. Though divisive, DCP legends approved the comeback after a vote, therefore giving the new version credibility. Leaders stressed DCP’s unique character and aspirations while critics discounted the comeback as a “rebranded SS.” As JoelFreak remarked at the time:
“Doritos was about to do amazing things. The legends have given us permission—this rebirth was about expanding on their legacy, not clinging to the past.”
After SS officially closed after its final event, DCP emerged as a phoenix from the ashes, combining SS’s impetus with DCP’s historic significance.
THE TASTE OF SUCCESS
Initial Triumphs
Following their stunning resurrection, the Doritos soon consolidated their resurgence through clever alliances and decisive victories, establishing themselves as a formidable force within the community. On November 7, mere days after moving from the defunct Secret Service, DCP leadership announced alliances with The Bastille Vanguard, Special Weapons and Tactics, and the Templars. These alliances served two purposes: TBV and TCP, though previously at odds with DCP’s predecessors, symbolized reconciliation and a unified front, while SWAT maintained longstanding affinity from their shared stint in the defunct International United Armies coalition.

To validate these alliances, DCP engaged in simulated battles, overwhelming SWAT on November 9 and TBV on November 15, leveraging superior numbers and tactical accuracy to secure clean sweeps across all rooms. Concurrently, an unofficial confrontation with the Army of Club Penguin revealed DCP’s supremacy in size and coordination, though ACP’s resiliency underscored the competitive spirit permeating the community. These early successes not only confirmed DCP’s operational readiness but also signaled its plan to dominate subsequent events like Christmas Chaos XIV.

Christmas Chaos
Intensity of the Chaos
Predictions were mixed, with pundits highlighting DCP’s numerical dominance—evidenced by their constant top-ten rankings—versus RPF’s tactical precision. DCP’s leadership team—Logical, 32op, JoelFreak, and Aisha—focused on tactical refinement and fighting RPF’s veteran competence. However, despite great numbers, DCP struggled against RPF’s superior cohesion and ingenuity. RPF’s 74-39 size advantage in the first room led to a dominating 3-0 sweep, winning them their fourth Christmas Chaos title. Post-tournament, DCP leadership reflected on both their growth and opportunities for development, with Logical hinting to a sabbatical while reiterating future ambitions for the army. Despite the loss, DCP’s performance reinforced their return as a force to be reckoned with, merging legacy and newfound ambition, setting the way for future successes.

Induction of New Leaders
The unexpected appointment of Bscharbach2 and Kira to DCP’s leadership on February 8, 2025, was a significant turning point for the army. Bscharbach2, well-known for his strategic thinking and tactical accuracy, was ready to restructure the organization’s operations, and Kira, well-known for her creative approach to community building and digital engagement, was ready to lead contemporary outreach campaigns. Their combined specialties gave the leadership new life, ensuring that Doritos remained a powerhouse.

Autobiographies
BSCHARBACH2
BScharbach2 began his career in November 2017, joining the Rebel Penguin Federation (RPF) and navigating the aftermath of the Elmikey coup. Rising quickly, he played a key role in the 2018 “July Raids” during World War VII, leading RPF in the 12-hour Siege of Slushy. Promoted to Fourth-In-Command, he later clashed ideologically with leader Queenieliz, prompting his 2019 retirement. Shifting to the Lime Green Army, he aligned with Xing’s Templars in their guerrilla war against the Help Force.

Reuniting with Koloway in the Army of Club Penguin, he became Brigadier General and helped lead Christmas Chaos 2019. However, disagreements over war ethics sent him back to the Templars, where his provocations helped spark World War Rewritten. Adopting the “Pope” persona, he influenced multiple armies, including the LEGOMAN ARMY HOO RAH! His strategic guidance extended to small/medium armies like the Elite Federals and Secret Service, and he briefly mediated Water Vikings’ internal conflicts.

In July 2022, he co-founded the Club Penguin Army Association, promoting free speech and media reform. That summer, he rejoined the Templars for the Summer Sovereignty War and later led the Dark Vikings to victory in CPAA’s February Forte competition. Transforming CPAA into the Club Penguin Army Times in 2023, he cemented his media presence. After a hiatus, he returned in 2024 to lead the Secret Service, securing victories before merging into the Doritos of Club Penguin, where he became the Main Leader in 2025. His enduring alliances, symbolic military, and media strategies shaped army culture across generations.

KIRA
Kira began her army career in the Secret Service (SS) during its second generation in 2021, attaining a staff rank in 2022 before the army shut down. Following a leave from the armies, she briefly joined the Water Vikings in March 2024. However, her loyalty to SS drove her back to its fourth generation in July 2024. After SS merged into the Doritos of Club Penguin, she maintained her service there.
Recognized for her achievements, Kira is today honored in the SS Hall of Fame as an OG Veteran and bears the rank of Honorary Agent. Her dedication spanning numerous generations of SS and her move to DCP demonstrate her lasting impact on the community. She also won the ” Best Higher Command ” award in the Enchanted Winter Realms: 2024 Awards.

Club Penguin Armies reached out to both leaders to discuss their plans and strategies in DCP.
What first got you into Club Penguin armies, and did you ever expect to be as involved as you are today?
Bscharbach2: I enlisted in RPF November 3rd, 2017 at 12:48PM PST under the diligence of the leadership at the time. I was just a CPR recruit, but quickly fell in love with it as I believe Club Penguin Armies is an artform. It only felt natural to follow that to its logical conclusion.
Kira: I first got involved into CPA after bring recruited off of club penguin rewritten in 2021 and joining the second generation of secret service. Tbh no i thought after ss gen 3 had ended i would be done with armies but now im leading one! interesting indeed.
What has been the most memorable moment of your army career so far?
Bscharbach2: I’ve had lots of legendary moments. It would be impossible to pick just one, but a few that stick out are..
– The July Raids of WW7 [2018]
– TCP VS RPF LC Finals [2022]
– Most of my time in Doritos as of recent. (probably my favourite army experience ever)Kira: In my brief career i think the most memorable moment was taking part in my first Christmas Chaos tournament and making it to the finals. albeit recent i never thought i’d be able to be in an army that’d get far in a major tournament and it really left a lasting impact on me
Looking ahead, do either of you see yourselves taking on leadership roles in another army or project, or do you feel your legacies are already established?
Bscharbach2: I see myself staying in Doritos for as long as I can think into the future. The people there have been good friends of mine for the better part of a decade, & I intend to maintain my loyalties
Kira: in the future it is entirely possible that i could possibly return to an high command / leadership role within another army albeit it is truly up to time as i don’t believe ive quite made my impact to be considered having a ‘legacy’ yet
What key message would you deliver to the army community to fortify your leadership and dominance?
Bscharbach2: Consistency is really the most important thing. You can be an incredible talent, and if you can’t come and execute on a consistent basis all that talent goes to waste. Tom Brady Mindset. THE REAL PREVAIL.
Kira: fear the shield! be prepared for new endeavors within the Doritos.
The army’s future is expected to change with the new leaders being inducted into DCP. These commanders have the potential to lead the army to more ambitious heights, but the issue still stands: Will they succeed as conquerors and establish themselves as genuine community leaders, or will they fail and fade into invisibility, forgotten in the chapters of DCP’s history? It is up to them to write the next chapter. What can we expect more from the new leadership? Will they be able to prove their marksmanship and establish the diamond era of DCP? We would love to hear your thoughts.
