Mustapha10, one of the most brilliant tactical masterminds in Club Penguin Army history. His strategies and leadership shaped many pivotal moments in army history. In this edition of Memorable Moments, we will delve into Mustapha10’s legendary army history and achievements.
ARMY JOURNEY
The year 2010 marked the initial start of Mustapha10‘s adventure with the Doritos of Club Penguin. In 2012, it would establish the groundwork for his remarkable influence on the army community. The Doritos were still getting their bearings, but the leadership of Mustapha10 would soon propel them to the top. Mustapha10 greatly expanded the Doritos with a strategic emphasis on recruitment, and the army soon established itself as a major player in the community.
After much hard work, Doritos achieved their first-ever #1 rating in 2012. This accomplishment marked the start of Mustapha’s rule and the start of a new era for the Doritos. His leadership contributed significantly to the army’s advancement and established the foundation for one of the most prosperous eras in the army’s history.
Under Mustapha’s leadership, 2013 was a breakthrough year for the Doritos. As a direct result of their increasing might, the army received thousands of recruits. Only the Army of Club Penguin and the Nachos had previously reached the milestone of one million website views, but the Doritos did so in a far shorter amount of time because of this inflow of new members. With event numbers ranging from 100 to 150 individuals, and sometimes even topping 165, the Doritos swiftly established themselves as a dominant force in the community.
A historic moment in the Legends Cup IV, where the Doritos reached the finals, though they lost, further cemented their success. The community was startled by this dominance since the Doritos, previously viewed as underdogs, triumphed and became a respected worldwide force in the army world.
GOLDEN ERA
With an emphasis on aggressive expansion and never-ending battles, Mustapha remained the leader of the Doritos. The Doritos steadily increased event sizes and won battles between 2014 and 2015, making them a formidable power. Mustapha10’s strategy centered on taking on the strongest armies head-on and forcing them to demonstrate their mettle. Under his direction, the Doritos defeated well-known foes like the Ice Warriors and the Light Troops.
When the Doritos confronted a coalition of elite armies in 2015, comprising the Ice Warriors, Dark Warriors, Special Weapons and Tactics, Blue Miners, Water Vikings, and Nachos, the battles were legendary. Doritos compelled many of these armies to cede their land when they defeated them despite being outnumbered. This triumph established Mustapha as one of the army community’s most effective leaders and signaled the beginning of the Doritos’ years-long period of supremacy.
Mustapha’s brilliant tactics, combined with his strong moral principles, set the Doritos apart from other armies. As a result of his leadership, the Doritos defeated numerous adversaries, ultimately forcing the Light Troops to close their doors multiple times. Furthermore, Mustapha’s influence extended beyond his army, inspiring others in the community. Thanks to his remarkable ability to recruit capable individuals, the Doritos maintained high leadership standards throughout his tenure.
His influence continued even after Club Penguin closed, as many of his recruits, such as Jester, CSY, Ahmed, xxToysoldier, and Andrew24, went on to lead other elite armies. Mustapha revived the Doritos after Club Penguin’s closure, achieving significant success by hosting events with up to 200 attendees, holding the number one spot for months, and solidifying his legacy.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
WAR TRIUMPHS
Club Penguin Armies reached out to Mustapha10 to engage in his most memorable moments.
How did you approach your early days with the Doritos?
At first it was just cool, chat there like once a week, attend an event every few weeks or so, catch up with everyone. Then it all changed when I got upset that other armies would look down on my friends
Looking back, what was your proudest achievement as a leader?
My proudest achievement as leader is the fact that I was able to create life long friends from the Doritos. There are many of us who do not have anything to do with armies – and haven’t had anything to do with armies for many years – yet we are all close friends and support each other through all the various endeavors of life.
What were some of the most challenging obstacles you faced during your time leading?
The “controlling the narrative” strategy. I never cared about what outsiders thought and so the wildest narratives would run.
How did you manage to maintain consistency and success in the Doritos for such a long period?
I think being innovative was the key here.
Reflecting on your leadership, what do you believe sets you apart from other leaders in the community?
Integrity. Far too often people always went with the flow, I did not.
