On November 26, we saw yet another alliance being formed. The Templars and the Fire Vikings strengthened their ties. Today, we will learn what led to this move.
On October 23rd, the community welcomed the Fire Vikings, who successfully brought 11 penguins online and officially registered their army in the league. Shortly after their launch, they formed an alliance with the Templars. The league has formally announced Christmas Chaos, and troops are actively preparing to mobilize. Templars were rated seventh on the last weekly Top Ten, with newly formed Fire Vikings in 12th place. Could this alliance mutually assist both armies in improving their performances?
The announcement of the alliance
After the alliance announcement, the community questioned the motives behind the decision. Why did they ally? Are they preparing for the upcoming tournaments? Could this strengthen their army’s stability? Some speculate that they are gearing up for the forthcoming Christmas Chaos. Since the Fire Vikings will face the People’s Imperial Confederation, they might see this alliance as a chance to propel themselves in preparation for this battle.
Club Penguin Armies decided to contact the leaders of the army, aiming to get a better understanding of the situation:
What prompted you to forge this alliance in the first place?
Echo: I am usually open to guiding new armies and sharing my knowledge with them, but also it would not hurt to have another friendly army on our side.
Yellow Typer: Well I have a lot of good friends in TCP and I feel like me and Echo can get along really well especially since Clade is out of our army now
What are your hopes and ambitions for this connection moving forward?
Echo: I expect that we are able to do practice battles and exchange valuable tips from each other.
Yellow Typer: I don’t expect too much from this alliance, all I really want is for us to get along and both TCP and FV could help each other get to the top! This alliance personally is helping FV reach it’s goal which is get to #5 for top 10 armies!!
As we have seen, this alliance is based on mutual respect. Both sides want to help each other achieve their goals and exchange tips. What will we see from this alliance? Will it be the start of something special?
