Help Force clinch the top spot after having a successful Legends Cup XIV run. Right behind them are the Elite Guardians, tied with Rebel Penguin Federation. Templars, who started surging later in the month, climbed two spots; on the other hand, Army of Club Penguin fell two spots having their worst month of the year yet. Aliens made a large splash through Club Penguin Journey events. The former Club Penguin Journey pros, People’s Imperial Confederation, dropped two rankings overall. An army with no controversies, Secret Service debuted at eighth on the list. As a result, Special Weapons and Tactics dropped one spot to ninth. Finally, Winged Hussars, who just missed out of being inside the Top Ten every week in July, still managed to find itself outperforming other armies to obtain a spot. With Legends Cup XIV being over, how will these rankings change?
