It is with heavy hearts that we announce current Chief Executive Producer, Disha, has decided to resign from her positions at Club Penguin Armies.

Over a year ago, on April 23, 2023, Disha and Mchappy embarked on a new journey together. After serving together as Editor in Chiefs, it was finally our time to implement the sustainable future that Club Penguin Armies (CPA) was setting itself up for. Disha and I served as the very first administrators to have not been a part of the initial unification talks. Our task was to bring the league into a new age.

I will never forget the nerves we felt as we were finally invited to our new administrator group chat. Former administrators Mr Max and Wynn had approached us separately. Eventually, we’d be reunited as we shared exciting words. Beneath all the excitement, however, was a realization that our lives were about to get much harder. At times, the responsibility felt too much to bear. And, no matter how many mistakes I’d make, Disha was always there for me. The support I received from her was consistent and unwavering.

Outside of media, Disha is most known for her involvement in armies such as Silver Empire and Water Vikings (WV). Disha is a product of the pandemic, returning to Club Penguin around May 2020, and was recruited into the Help Force. During her time as admin, she provided the equilibrium needed to combat against my older perspective on things.

Club Penguin Armies reached out to Disha to provide a statement about her retirement.

This was a difficult decision, but one that eventually had to be taken. To come to it has been a dilemma in itself, and at the end of the day, I wanted to do right by my team and by myself.

The past year has been a rollercoaster, and I think it’s fair to say that this really hasn’t been the easiest of responsibilities to fulfill. However, this is where I stand to have learnt and grown as an individual. Never had I imagined that an online game I grew up on would come back to me in this way, and I am glad that it did. It not only brought back nostalgia and memories, but I have been able to come across some incredible people through this community and platform, who I shall always remember.

I am thankful for the love, support and respect that you all have shown towards me, and it has genuinely been an honor to be able to be a part of the administration here. There’s so much knowledge to imbibe and retain from it, and I am grateful to have received the opportunity to do so. With that being said, I wish you all the very best and may this community always thrive!

However, we could not let Disha leave without reaching out to other staff members to leave her a message as well.

Coolguy: Disha, what to say. Well, to be honest, I don’t think I need to say much– that’s a first– but just try to live YOUR best life. Do what you can to ensure your happiness. This may not come easily or quickly but it will come, just keep fighting for it and I know you will succeed in life, in your career, and in everything you do. Thank you for your advice, camaraderie, and your help. Without you, none of what we have done would’ve been possible. You truly represent what CPA is and should be.

Edu14463: Hey, Dish! First of all, I want to let you know that you are undoubtedly the nicest person from CPA that I have ever met. I believe I had already told you that in the past, but I would like to remind you of your own adorable, kind, and lovely character. Working with you for these past months was an amazing experience. I know things between us were rocky in the last months of my first run in CPA, but I am very glad that we managed to work everything out before your departure. I wish all the best for you, a life full of blessings from God, joyful and peaceful moments! I am sure many will miss you, and I am no different. Thank you for your work, for your patience with me, for your support, and for forgiving me. Please, please, please, do never forget about your own potential. You are capable of everything you want to do! May God always be with you wherever you go. Happy retirement, Dish!

Mare: Disha, happy retirement! Thank you for all that you have done here in CPA and being such a lovely friend to me throughout all these years. I will miss you so much! Enjoy your new journey and don’t forget us when you’re in retirement island.

Meilisa: Hey Disha! You are one of the kindest people I know. I am so glad I got to know you. I remember joining WV and seeing you here, you were (and still are!) my inspiration. Thank you for always believing in me and being an amazing friend. [I] believe in you too and I hope that life will be good for you and everything will work out just like you want it to. Happy retirement!

Shallissa: CONGRATS ON YOUR FREEDOM! I hope your retirement will be amazing and beneficial for you. Being an admin isn’t easy and I know you have been through a lot since your promotion. Time and time again though I watched you overcome criticism and hard times with grace and dignity. You never let the pressure impact the way you treat others, and that takes an immeasurable amount of strength. You have been such a kind friend to me and I have grown so much as a writer and in the organization under your administration. It breaks my heart that you’re retiring, but I’m so proud of you for all you’ve accomplished during your time in CPA. I still have a lot to learn, but most of all, I promise to show the CPA team the same kindness you showed me from day one. Don’t be a stranger! I love you and I wish you all the best things!

Sidie9: Happy retirement, Disha! I hope you’re proud of everything you’ve done for this organization, you definitely deserve a long rest. Administrators often serve as the community’s punching bag, and I’m sorry for anything you were put through. You fulfilled your responsibilities exceptionally and with grace, I am thankful to have had the opportunity to work with you. I wish you the best of luck in all that you do.

Moving forward, the administration of the league will be made up of Executive Producer Coolguy and Chief Executive Producer Mchappy.

Without a shadow of a doubt, Disha is one of the nicest people in the community, and the legacy she leaves behind will last for a long time.
