KLONDIKE, CP Army Headquarters – Recently, Dragon has stepped down from his position as commander in Silver Empire. But why is he stepping down?

On April 24th, 2022, Dragon announced he would retire from the leadership of the Silver Empire as he had no more time to lead the army with responsibilities.

Dragon joined the Silver Empire on December 27th, 2020 and since then he started working his way up the ranks. He managed to receive a staff position on March 12th, 2021. From then, he worked till he received a promotion to leader on December 11th, 2021. Since then, he led the army through tough times on Club Penguin Rewritten. However, his unfortunate end seems to coincide with the recent shutdown of CP Rewritten.

CP Army Headquarters reached out to Dragon to find out more about the reasons for his retirement.

Why did you retire from Silver Empire?

Well it mostly came to me not having much time anymore with more responsibilities in my life I have to put forward my priorities

What was your favorite memory of being commander in the Silver Empire?

well there is a lot to pick from like reaching our 1k members milestone or opening our gaming section but i will go with winning the free for all hosted by CPAHQ which led to us having our first trophy

What do you think was the most challenging thing you had to face during your leadership of SE?

I would probably pick coming up with event ideas because, during the period of CPR, you were limited to what the catalogue had. When you finish everything there you can’t expand cause they take a while to update, which I think was a challenge. After all, you always your members motivated and excited for new events.
