BEANIE, People’s Imperial Confederation Capital – With the much-feared September drop looming, the People’s Imperial Confederation announces the retirement of four notable staff of the army – Aydoon, ThePieLord, Welp and Plant. What led to their retirements?
The People’s Imperial Confederation was founded by Sidie9 on October 17th 2019, and have since then established their foothold as a tenacious S/M contender within the community, warring notable armies such as the Army of Club Penguin, the Recon Federation of Club Penguin, the Templars, the Red Ravagers and the Pizza Federation in the past. As two-time finalists of CP Army Media‘s Challenger Cup (2020) and CP Army Headquarters’ Challenger Cup II (2021), the PIC are currently in their third generation.
Recently, the People’s Imperial Confederation have become the epicenter of war against multiple armies. Amid rising tensions with the Golden Troops exacerbated by CPAHQ’s Project: Conquest in June, the PIC declared war on Golden Troops’ leader TheMightyA’s second army, the Post Malone Army on June 30th, 2021.
On August 20th, the Golden Troops would schedule an invasion against the Post Malone Army. This came as a surprise to many, considering the Golden Troops’ prior friendship with the PMA.
In response, the People’s Imperial Confederation declared war on Golden Troops, believing that this was a calculated move by the Golden Troops to salvage land from the PMA.
On September 2nd, 2021, the PIC declared war on the LEGOMAN Army, citing reasons such as the troop stealing and expressing their disapproval over the LEGOMAN Army’s use of GoDaddy as a provider.
On September 3rd, 2021, just one day after their declaration of war against the LEGOMAN Army, ThePieLord announced his retirement, alongside other notable members of staff, including fellow leader Aydoon2, 3rd-in-command Welp, and moderator Plant.
Giving no explanation for their sudden departure, ThePieLord expresses his firm belief in the PIC’s success following these retirements.
ThePieLord and Aydoon2 were promoted to the position of Commander-in-Chief by Shallissa upon her retirement on the 6th of June, 2021.

In hopes to further understand the reasons behind the retirements, as well as more thoughts from the former Commander-in-Chiefs of the People’s Imperial Confederation, CPAHQ reached out to Aydoon2 and ThePieLord for an interview.
What were the reasons behind your retirement?
ThePieLord: Mainly due to personal reasons, but also due to school starting. I’ve already been busy lately, and with school starting I won’t be able to help out PIC as much as I used to. The current PIC staff team is loaded with many amazing mods and HICOM, so no doubt PIC will continue strong without us.
Aydoon2: Well recently I have had less and less time to commit to PIC as I’ve had more stuff to focus on irl, specifically school. PIC will go on fine without me, the mod and hicom team are as strong as ever and will continue getting stronger. Shallisa, Supreme and Legoman will be able to handle PIC completely fine and carry pic to new heights!
Was the retirement of multiple leaders/members of HCom at the same time planned?
ThePieLord: Yes, it was. We all are very close friends and start school at the same time, and with Aydoon and me retiring, Plant and Welp decided to as well.
Aydoon2: Yes it was planned, we all had similar reasons for why weren’t able to commit much to pic anymore and decided together to retire at the same time.
Amid the ongoing war efforts against the Golden Troops, the Post Malone Army, and the LEGOMAN Army, do you think these retirements will affect the success the PIC have had so far?
ThePieLord: As I said before, PIC has an amazing staff team at the moment, so I wouldn’t be surprised if the war continues to go in their favor. The maxes might drop a bit, but nothing major. PIC will continue to do great and win this war.
Aydoon2: I think it will affect PIC negatively by losing max and leadership. Although I believe PIC will be able to power through and still have success within the wars.
Could you share some of your favorite moments in your time in PIC?
ThePieLord: Oh, wow, there are a lot.
When ‘Pie’s Mother’ came into chat, admitting to having a Roblox addiction, to spending hours recruiting away when PIC was about to hit 1000 members, and the hype around it, leading PIC to 4th place in Project: Conquest, hanging out with everyone and making friends most of my experience in PIC was overall amazing.
Aydoon2: My favourite moments in pic has been being able to interact with members every day and see their different perspectives on the world, something I haven’t seen much of before since I haven’t been this involved in a community. I can’t really think of any specific favourite moments since I’ve had too many great moments in PIC.
Do you have any regrets, or things you wished you could have done differently with PIC?
ThePieLord: Tbh, no. There are a few small things here and there, but nothing major.
Aydoon2: I regret retiring in the first place but it’s something I had to do since I couldn’t do much for PIC anymore. I also wish I joined PIC when I had the chance in May 2020 instead of waiting until much later.
Is there anything else you would like to add?
ThePieLord: I wish PIC all the best in their future endeavors. For The People!
Aydoon2: Sha is a verbal abuser, Jemma is a home invader, Legoman has a crippling jawline and Supreme is dead… In all seriousness I thank the community for giving me an opportunity to interact with people online like never before, Peace
The interviews shed light onto the unexpected retirements of ThePieLord and Aydoon2 – both being due to various obligations in real life. They are both confident in the PIC’s future success, in spite of the ongoing war with 3 different armies. Aydoon2 further goes on to expose Sha, Jemma, Legoman and Supreme. We at CPAHQ will look into all the allegations, especially in regards to Legoman’s jawline.
As many expect the September drop to hit, we see the retirements of multiple staff members of the People’s Imperial Confederation. Whether or not this will affect the army’s war performance will be evident in due time.
What do YOU think about the retirements of ThePieLord, Aydoon, Welp and Plant? Will the PIC be able to continue their successes amid the recent war efforts, or will the loss of such notable staff members prove bigger than initially anticipated? Comment YOUR thoughts down below!
