Welcome to the forty-eighth edition of the Higher Command Life Stories. In this edition, we take a look at SnowyPlayer’s experiences and responsibilities as an HCOM of the Army of Club Penguin.
SNOWYPLAYER’S JOURNEY
SnowyPlayer721 (referred to as SnowyPlayer or simply Snowy) began his journey within armies on October 13th, 2024, as a troop of the Army of Club Penguin, recruited from the Roblox Discord server. His kind and steady behavior quickly made him a valuable and beloved member. Strong attendance and initiative soon earned him a role on the Staff Team in the Clovers by December 2024. Through consistent efforts, he advanced through the staff ranks and was promoted to ACP High Command in March 2025. After a two-month hiatus due to real-life commitments, Snowy returned to his role in September 2025.
Since then, SnowyPlayer has been an instrumental figure within ACP, playing a crucial role in strengthening the community and leading the Clovers in vital battles. In recognition of his efforts, he was recently promoted to Field General, filling a previously vacant role.

What are your hobbies and what interests do you have?
I really enjoy matematics and programming!
What has been your favourite memorable moment?
There were multiple favourite moments that I had in armies, mostly from ACP. One of them was when I was still a troop, I hopped into vc where a former mod, Annie, was and she was like ‘oh my god snowy player!’ Some of my other memorable moments were when I got Soldier of the Week or my promo to 7ic, both of them happened while I was at school and I was like ‘what is happening’ when I came home and saw the pings I got. Also my recent promotion to 2ic, I was leading the last room of the MM quarterfinals vs. DW and right as I ended leading, someone asked me for a favor, and I stayed in the vc. As I was finishing the favor, I heard Daniel say ‘we have an announcement’ and then he was like (to Roxy who was posting the announcement) ‘you can ping everyone’ or something like that and I knew that it meant a HCOM promotion. I got really scared and then after I was pinged in announcements (was afraid to open it) he was like ‘congrats to, I don’t wanna say it, congrats to snowyplayer on his promotion!’, then I was really happy from the promo. There were many other memorable moments but it will probably be very long if I tried to list all of them.
Which aspects of your position as an HCOM do you enjoy the most?
I really like helping out the army and interacting with/helping out troops. I also love leading/vc leading events.
What goals do you aim to accomplish?
My goal in ACP is to become a commander of the UK division someday (this is NOT the same thing as leader), I am trying to work towards it, we haven’t had a UK commander for like 4 months
What advice would you give to those working towards a role like this?
Anyone who is a higher rank than you is proof that getting that rank is 100% possible. You need to be consistent in what you’re doing and be genuine and kind to everyone and you will reach it one day!

Snowy plays a vital role in ACP as second in command, standing closest to the Commander in Chief. We have full confidence in his ability to lead the army in any absence. The fact that this position remained vacant until his recent promotion speaks volumes about the high standard he meets.
SnowyPlayer stands as an essential part of the Army of Club Penguin, recognized for his significant efforts and contributions, and remains committed to representing the Clovers, always doing his best for them. Will Snowy be able to accomplish his goals within the Clovers? Could we see him as a future Commander of ACP?
