Scarlet Republic history
Scarlet Republic opened its doors on January 12, 2025, under the leadership of Amira, Ghostt and Image. Along their journey, SR revived in December 2025, welcoming a second generation to the small/medium army. They took part in multiple wars during their time in Club Penguin Armies, including one with the Rebel Penguin Federation in January 2025, and their last battle would have been against the Army of Club Penguin in January 2026. Their one year anniversary got together 41 people, including allies, visitors, and troops, to celebrate. Around the last months of their CPA life, the Scarlet Republic announced that they were parting way from multiple alliances. Their changes made them sign a brother alliance with the Aliens in February 2026.
The final sunset
On March 21, 2026, Ghostt, the leader of Scarlet Republic, announced the closure of the army after a year of operation. The announcement also mentioned the future of the Scarlet Republic, stating that the army will become a gaming server and won’t come back to CPA unless approved by him and from a 2ic of the second generation, who will take the leader crown.

Scarlet Republic announcing the cease of army operations
Club Penguin Armies had the occasion to discuss with some members of the leadership and advisors about the closure of their army.
What made you shutdown SR
Ghostt (leader): I decided to shut down SR for 3 reasons mainly, first off I feel that there is a lack of safety due to so many bad actors in the community, second would be the issue of armies being too much of a time and effort investment for some of us, the main and final reason is that we think we can have more fun while doing less overall if we just continue on as a gaming and hangout community and not an army
Nani (2ic): We didn’t have the same amount of time we had before to invest in army stuff and it was lowkey starting to feel more as an obligation and not something to do for fun. I think another thing was all the allegations about other people on another armies and if we were to invite members to other armies there’s also a factor of risk for them to encounter with not so nice people and that’s not on SR values.
Lana (Advisor): I believe many things need to be taken into account regarding this. Many of us have different routines and differents timezones, while others are tired of the community. It has become something stressful for some of us.
What was one of the most memorable moments for you?
Ghostt: Honestly some of the most memorable moments would be from generation 1. I had the most fun overall when I was leading alongside Annie and Image. We all met in ACP late 2024 and I know for a fact we all had the most fun with armies when we were together. We were not only just the dream team but the first Scarlet Triumvirate
Nani: Definitely getting to meet my Scarlet Trio as Ghostt call us, all of my girls and other army friends. I would also say when we won our first tournament, the Frost Frenzy. At last I would say the first time I was interviewed by Mary because in a way that led me to meet another lovely community that im so grateful for.
Lana: When me, ghostt and image created SR server. It was a moment I never thought I would live.
If you could change anything from any choices of your past within the army, what would you change?
Ghostt: Honestly I wouldn’t change any of my past decisions. I know this is a cliché answer but I genuinely did everything the way I felt was best, throughout the entire journey and I will continue to do that for my team/community. If there was something I could change though, I would love to see Annie come back around and help with the community.
Nani: I don’t think I would change anything, everything we did we did it with love and dedication. But I would’ve love to already have army knowledge because I feel like that way I could’ve been more helpful.
Lana: would have remained at SR from the beginning.
What do you think will be the impact of this shutdown on the army?
Ghostt: Honestly this is what I have been the most nervous about. Naturally since we left armies our team could go join any army they want now if they really wanted to. But I’m hoping that the team we introduced to armies is willing to follow us a bit longer while we take a step into new territory to learn how to build up the community again together. As long as we are together we can do anything!
Nani: Well i hope we can focus on more fun events and staying as the same lovely community we are. I also hope we can stay together because the Scarlet Republic wouldn’t be the same without our lovely staff, members and of course our friends from other armies.
Lana: I think it will be something positive. SR has been a friendly server for a long time, and I don’t think leaving the army community will affect the server.
As a last question, do you have any last words to say to the community before signing off?
Ghostt: I have a tip for any future leader. Whether you are a major army, an s/m army, even just a general community leader, focus on getting to know your members, you will perform better in any situation as long as your members don’t feel like a statistic for top tens and for tournaments. Yes it is fun to be competitive but keep in mind that they aren’t actually soldiers. These are people with lives and responsibilities. They stress out along with you and you might not notice it, but they are. We all need to remember that there is no shame in stepping away and waiting till the time is right for everyone. Fun is the number one priority!
Nani: Do things out of love, not out of obligation. Enjoy the process, even when it feels challenging, because every step teaches you something valuable. Support your team, because as a team, you become a family. Have each other’s backs and take care of one another. Be proud of how far you have come, and cherish every single moment!
Lana: just never let the community spoil the nostalgia of being in an army:)
Scarlet Republic took its last bow from the second generation. They left their CPA days behind them to become a new gaming community, where their focus will be on gaming events and movie nights. Do you think SR will ever come back to the CPA world? What does the future hold for the second generation of staff of Scarlet Republic?
