SPIN’S JOURNEY
Spin first joined the Army of Club Penguin in February 2015, serving as a troop alongside his older brother. After a long hiatus, he returned to the community during the 2020 lockdown for a short stay before disappearing again. His true comeback arrived in July 2022, when he rejoined ACP as a staff member to assist with Project: Revival. From there, he began a journey through several major armies, including a stint with the Templars of Club Penguin and two successful terms with the People’s Imperial Confederation, where he climbed the ranks significantly.
In addition to his time elsewhere, Spin returned to ACP for two more chapters as a 4th-in Command in 2023 and 2024. He played a key role on the staff side that secured victories in both the Legends Cup and the Project Conquest: Blood Bowl. In August, he moved to the Water Vikings and immediately proved his worth by graduating from the Viking Academy. His rise through the ranks continued with promotions to Viking Lord and eventually Viking General, which he achieved on February 14th.

Spin’s Promotion in the Water Vikings
Club Penguin Armies reached out to Spin himself for an exclusive interview.
What would you say is the most memorable moment you had?
Across my time in armies, I have had a lot of memorable moments, like meeting people, making friends, accomplishing triumphs like Legends Cup 2023, the up-and-downs, like coming from the grave of defeats in World War IX to having the whole score-line wiped, the great fun moments I have had with WV, there’s just many uncountable moments like this, and I would not rate any above the other.
What do you enjoy the most about your position?
Being more involved in the overall working of the army, ability to cater a good experience to all the members within the community, and being part of and able to work alongside such a great HCOM team.
The future, what do you have to say about it?
I am deeply committed to my role within WV, and I would love to continue in the foreseeable time, to aid my army to the top, and help provide a joyous experience to each of the members within the community.
Additionally, Club Penguin Armies reached out to two leaders of the Water Vikings to gain further insight on its HCOM.
Escot: Spin is an excellent Hcom and he is someone to look up to in the army. He is also a role model for others and the troops here as well. This guy can create a legacy here and he has done great things. His recruiting efforts are excellent as well and he is good with the Ausia Division. Spin keep up with what you’re doing and make sure you use your creativity and ideas and you will achieve very great things in this army son.
Lydia: Spin is a good hcom, great recruiter. Very happy to have him in WV. Excited to see the future of the army with him in it.
Spin has surely made an impact with his dedication and continued support for the Vikings. His presence shows clear determination for his future and that of the army. What do you wish for Spin in the future? When do you think he will become leader?
